Abstract

The utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education is one of the strategic efforts to improve the effectiveness of the learning process. However, the level of ICT use by teachers is still influenced by various factors, both internal and external. This study aims to analyze the influence of factors such as technology support, confidence, comfort, perceived technology skills, and beliefs about the benefits of technology on the use of ICT by teachers at SMPN 1 Tulungagung using the Path Model approach. Data were collected through closed and open questionnaires filled out by 64 teachers, then analyzed to test the validity, reliability, and relationship between variables. The results showed that all constructs were valid
and reliable, with an R-square value of 14.6% on the Teacher Use of Technology variable. Recommendations were compiled based on the lowest value in each indicator variable as well
as open question answers from teachers, resulting in strategic programs such as thematic training, digital microteaching, ICT tools selection guidelines, and continuous technical support. This study concludes that increasing teachers' use of ICT requires a comprehensive approach that includes strengthening perceptions, institutional support, and continuous development of digital competencies.
