Abstract
Transportasi merupakan kebutuhan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat, karena mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan seperti ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya. Salah satu prasarana penting dalam transportasi adalah jembatan, yang berfungsi untuk menghubungkan tempat-tempat yang terpisah oleh rintangan seperti sungai, lembah, atau jalan lainnya. Jembatan pelengkung dikenal memiliki nilai estetika tinggi dan banyak digunakan di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah Jembatan Kali Kuto di jalur Trase Tol Batang-Semarang. Proposal tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk memodifikasi struktur Jembatan Kali Kuto menggunakan model Composite Spatial Arch Bridge. Modifikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kekuatan dan efisiensi material jembatan, menghilangkan efek scouring yang terjadi pada pilar Jembatan Kali Kuto, serta mengoptimalkan metode pelaksanaan konstruksinya yaitu kantilever sebagian. Penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan desain awal, analisis beban dan gaya dalam, serta evaluasi kekuatan dan kebutuhan material. Hasil perencanaan akan dituangkan dalam bentuk gambar teknik yang detail. Perencanaan modifikasi ini dimulai dari studi literatur dan pengumpulan data, preliminary design, pembebanan, pemodelan dan analisa struktur, kontrol statis dan dinamis, perencanaan sambungan dan cek kabel putus, perencanaan perletakan, analisa staging, hingga pembuatan gambar rencana. Peraturan yang digunakan dalam melakukan perencanaan modifikasi antara lain SNI 1725-2016, SNI 2833-2016, SNI 1929-2020, dan SNI 2847-2019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, digunakan lantai kendaraan rangka baja dengan lebar 32,8 m dan panjang 160 m. Struktur busur menjorok kedalam dengan kemiringan 15° menggunakan struktur pelengkung rangka baja komposit. Kabel penggantung menggunakan PFEIFER tension members M120. Struktur busur menggunakan perletakan jepit serta lantai kendaraan menggunakan Pot Bearing Freyssinet FX 1500-450, GG 1500-450,400 dan GL 1500-400,400. Struktur jembatan memenuhi kontrol kekuatan statik, dinamik, serta aerodinamik.

Transportation is an important need in people's lives, because it influences various aspects of life such as economic, social and cultural. One of the important infrastructures in transportation is a bridge, which functions to connect places separated by obstacles such as rivers, valleys, or other roads. Arched bridges are known to have high aesthetic value and are widely used in Indonesia, one of which is the Kali Kuto Bridge on the Batang-Semarang Toll Route. This final project proposal aims to modify the structure of the Kali Kuto Bridge using the Composite Spatial Arch Bridge model. This modification is expected to increase the strength and efficiency of the bridge material, eliminate the scouring effect that occurs on the Kali Kuto Bridge pillars, and optimize the construction method, namely partial cantilever. This research includes initial design planning, load and internal force analysis, as well as evaluation of strength and material requirements. The planning results will be presented in the form of detailed technical drawings. This modification planning starts from literature study and data collection, preliminary design, loading, modeling and structural analysis, static and dynamic control, connection planning and cable break check, placement planning, staging analysis, to making plan drawings. The regulations used in planning modifications include SNI 1725-2016, SNI 2833-2016, SNI 1929-2020, and SNI 2847-2019. Based on the analysis results, a steel frame vehicle floor with a width of 32.8 m and a length of 160 m was used. The arc structure protrudes inward with a slope of 15° using a composite steel frame arch structure. The hanging cable uses PFEIFER tension members M120. The bow structure uses clamp placement and the vehicle floor uses Pot Bearings Freyssinet FX 1500-450, GG 1500-450,400 and GL 1500-400,400. The bridge structure meets static, dynamic and aerodynamic strength controls.
