Abstract
Kualitas tidur yang buruk dapat mengganggu siklus tidur-bangun tubuh, menghambat fungsi otak, dan menimbulkan berbagai masalah kesehatan. Kondisi ini berdampak negatif terhadap efektivitas kerja, menurunkan produktivitas, serta meningkatkan potensi terjadinya kesalahan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah produk lampu tidur multifungsi yang dapat membantu pengguna merasa rileks dan mengatur ulang jadwal tidurnya dengan mempengaruhi ritme sirkadian (jam biologis tubuh yang mengatur waktu tidur dan bangun selama 24 jam) serta merangsang produksi hormon melatonin yang berperan dalam proses mengantuk. Proses perancangan melibatkan berbagai studi dan analisis, seperti studi aktivitas pengguna, studi material, analisis moodboard, analisis fitur, analisis ruang, analisis penyebaran cahaya, suara, dan aromaterapi, analisis gaya desain, analisis komponen elektronik, aspek teknis dan utilitas, serta analisis dimensi dan volume. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur relaksasi yang diterapkan pada produk ini terbukti mampu menurunkan denyut nadi, menciptakan efek tenang, dan mempercepat proses tidur. Produk akhir yang diberi nama LUNORA ini menawarkan keunggulan signifikan dibandingkan produk-produk relaksasi tidur terdahulu, terutama melalui integrasi sistem otomatis berbasis IoT yang memungkinkan pengaturan fitur dilakukan secara jarak jauh melalui aplikasi. Seluruh fungsi seperti timer, pencahayaan, alarm, suara alam, dan aromaterapi dapat dikontrol dengan praktis tanpa perlu pengaturan manual berulang. Dibandingkan dengan produk sebelumnya, LUNORA menghadirkan fitur yang lebih lengkap serta transisi mode yang dioptimalkan untuk mendukung rutinitas tidur yang lebih sehat dan teratur.

Poor sleep quality can disrupt the body's sleep-wake cycle, impair brain function, and lead to various health issues. This condition negatively affects work effectiveness, reduces productivity, and increases the potential for errors in daily activities. This study aims to design a multifunctional sleep lamp appliance that helps users relax and reset their sleep schedule by influencing the circadian rhythm (the body’s biological clock that regulates sleep and wake time over 24 hours) and stimulating the production of melatonin, the hormone responsible for inducing sleep. The design process involved various studies and analyses, including user activity studies, material studies, moodboard analysis, feature analysis, spatial analysis, light, sound, and aromatherapy dispersion analysis, design style analysis, electronic component analysis, technical and utility aspects, as well as dimensional and volume analysis. The results indicate that the implemented relaxation features effectively reduce heart rate, promote calmness, and accelerate the process of falling asleep. The final design product, LUNORA, offers significant advantages over previous sleep relaxation products, primarily through the integration of an IoT-based automatic system that enables remote control of features via a mobile application. All functions, including timer, lighting, alarm, natural sounds, and aromatherapy, can be practically managed without repetitive manual settings. Compared to earlier products, LUNORA provides more comprehensive features and an optimized transition between relaxation and wake-up modes to support a healthier and more regular sleep routine.
