Abstract
CV.

CV. Hadi Jaya Putra is a manufacturing company focused on the production of paving blocks and is currently facing a significant increase in demand. However, limited production capacity and suboptimal labor allocation have led to delays in production and delivery, causing shipment targets to often not be met on time. Reliance on overtime as a temporary solution has worsened the situation by increasing workload, causing worker fatigue, and reducing productivity. The determination of the number of workers in this company has not been based on a systematic calculation, thereby necessitating a study to analyze labor needs using the Weighted Full Time Equivalent (FTE) approach, which integrates task duration and task complexity levels. Task complexity is analyzed through two main aspects: node complexity, which evaluates the required resources (visual, auditory, cognitive, and psychomotor) using multiple resource theory, and structural complexity, which measures inter-task relationships using entropy theory. Meanwhile, the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method is applied to analyze the physical workload of employees. This approach aims to improve operational efficiency, prevent production delays, and ensure that delivery targets are achieved on schedule. The average Full Time Equivalent (FTE) index indicates that five out of eight work elements are in an overload condition, with the paving storage element (E7) reaching the highest value of 2.08. Meanwhile, the Weighted FTE shows an average of 2.87, which is categorized as overload and the administrative element (E8) has the highest W-FTE value of 3.08, due to the high complexity of the tasks involved.
