Abstract
PT XYZ mengalami problematika dimana semen yang dihasilkan untuk setiap bulannya selalu melebihi permintaan dalam jumlah yang cukup besar serta adanya temuan stok material yang kurang dari batas stok minimum yang ditetapkan perusahaan pada beberapa tempat penyimpanan. Hal ini disebabkan karena kompleksitas produksi semen multiproduk yang menyebabkan perusahaan kesulitan membuat penjadwalan produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model optimasi penjadwalan produksi multi produk semen di PT XYZ dengan Mixed Integer Non-Linear Programming dan mendapatkan penjadwalan produksi yang optimal dalam mengefesiensikan biaya produksi. Tahapan penelitian mencakup identifikasi permasalahan perusahaan dan sektor bisnis, pengumpulan informasi baik data perusahaan maupun studi literatur, perancangan model matematis dan code di software LINGO, interpretasi hasil dan analisis penjadwalan produksi yang optimal, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah model optimasi untuk penjadwalan produksi dari PT XYZ dan hasil penjadwalan yang optimal dalam bentuk gantt chart yang menghasilkan total biaya produksi sebesar Rp 91.977.100.000 atau menurunkan biaya produksi sebesar 11% dari keadaan eksisting dan menjaga level stok dalam batas ambang antara stok minimum dan kapasitas maksimum.

PT XYZ is facing an issue where the cement produced each month significantly exceeds demand and there are several points in the storage area where the stock is below the minimum level set by the company. This is caused by the complexity of multi-product cement production, which makes it difficult for the company to develop an effective production schedule. This research aims to design an optimization model for multi-product cement production scheduling at PT XYZ using Mixed Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) and to determine the most optimal production schedule to improve production cost efficiency. The research stages include identifying the company’s problems and business sector, collecting information from both company data and literature studies, designing the mathematical model and make the code in LINGO software, interpreting the results and analyzing the optimal production schedule, and make the conclusions and providing recommendations. The result of this study is an optimization model for the production scheduling of PT XYZ and the optimal scheduling output in the form of a Gantt chart, which results in a total production cost of Rp 91,977,100,000, representing an 11 percent reduction compared to the existing condition, while maintaining stock levels within the threshold between the minimum stock and maximum capacity.
