Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes to the banking sector, including the provision of financial services through applications such as mobile banking. One of the latest products from Bank BNI is the wondr mobile banking application, which was launched in July 2024 and has reached over five million downloads. However, a high number of downloads does not necessarily reflect the quality of user experience and ease of use (usability). This final project aims to evaluate the quality of the user experience and usability of the wondr application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and the System Usability Scale (SUS). This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through an online questionnaire, involving 135 respondents for the UEQ and 161 respondents for the SUS. The UEQ measures six main dimensions, while the SUS evaluates overall ease of use. The analysis results show that all UEQ dimensions fall into the Excellent category, with the highest score in Efficiency 2.23 and the lowest in Novelty (1.69). The average SUS score of 70.35 is considered Acceptable with a grade of C. These findings indicate that the wondr application provides a very good user experience and an adequate level of usability. Nevertheless, aspects of innovation and usability improvements still need to be addressed to make the application services more optimal and competitive.
