Abstract
Sektor pertanian di Indonesia memainkan peranan penting dalam perekonomian nasional, dengan kontribusi signifikan terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) dan penyediaan lapangan kerja. Namun, dengan meningkatnya volume transaksi dan kompleksitas dalam pengelolaan hasil pertanian, banyak pelaku usaha menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan inventaris secara real-time. Hal ini sering mengakibatkan ketidaksesuaian data dan keterlambatan dalam pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah dashboard berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan enam fitur utama: Pembelian, Penjualan, Biaya, Proses, Laporan, dan Stok. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan transparansi data dalam sektor pertanian. Selain itu, integrasi chatbot berbasis kecerdasan buatan diperkenalkan untuk memfasilitasi akses real-time terhadap laporan inventaris, penjualan, pembelian, dan proses pengolahan. Teknologi ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi beban kerja manual dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat.

The agricultural sector in Indonesia plays a crucial role in the national economy, contributing significantly to the gross domestic product (GDP) and providing employment opportunities. However, with the increasing volume of transactions and the complexity in managing agricultural products, many stakeholders face challenges in real-time inventory management. This often results in data discrepancies and reporting delays. This study aims to develop a web-based dashboard equipped with six main features: Purchasing, Sales, Expenses, Processing, Reports, and Inventory. The system is designed to improve operational efficiency and data transparency within the agricultural sector. In addition, integration of an AI-based chatbot is introduced to facilitate real-time access to inventory, sales, purchasing, and processing reports. This technology is expected to reduce manual workload and support faster and more accurate decision making.
