Abstract

Toko Bangunan Budi Setya merupakan toko ecer yang menjual berbagai macam material bangunan. Omzet penjualan Toko Bangunan Budi Setya mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan pada tahun 2019 hingga 2024. Namun, peningkatan omzet ini tidak diiringi dengan penambahan jumlah karyawan. Pada kasus jumlah order harian yang tinggi, kurangnya jumlah dan tingginya beban kerja karyawan menyebabkan beberapa pengiriman dan penjualan tidak dapat terlaksana dengan tepat waktu. Oleh karena itu, Toko Bangunan Budi Setya diharapkan dapat mengupayakan aset sumber dayanya dengan baik yakni melalui upaya optimalisasi beban kerja karyawan dengan menghasilkan penentuan rekomendasi perbaikan pada karyawan baik dari segi kuantitas, kualitas, maupun manajemen. Akhir dari penelitian ini akan menyajikan framework rekomendasi yang didasari analisis beban kerja secara eksploratif menggunakan metode work sampling, NASA-TLX, dan work-life balance. Waktu standar masing-masing tugas karyawan, nilai beban kerja karyawan hingga seberapa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi masing-masing karyawan dapat diketahui pada penelitian ini. Analisis metode work sampling, NASA-TLX, dan work-life balance menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa karyawan bagian loading (FTE: 1,313; NASA-TLX: 79,83, dan 3 dimensi WLB rendah) dan sopir (FTE: 1,310; NASA-TLX: 80,83, dan 2 dimensi WLB rendah) memiliki beban kerja secara keseluruhan relatif sangat tinggi sedangkan, karyawan bagian barang (FTE: 0,756; NASA-TLX: 64,33, dan 1 dimensi WLB sangat tinggi) memiliki beban kerja yang relatif rendah. Rumusan framework dapat digunakan untuk menentukan rekomendasi-rekomendasi pada berbagai kombinasi hasil dari ketiga metode analisis beban kerja sehingga diharapkan dapat dijadikan dasar penentuan rekomendasi perbaikan oleh Toko Bangunan Budi Setya dengan lebih relevan dan tepat sasaran.

Budi Setya Building Store is a retail store that sells various kinds of building materials. Budi Setya Building Store's sales turnover has increased significantly from 2019 to 2024. However, this increase in turnover is not accompanied by an increase in the number of employees. In the case of a high number of daily orders, the lack of number and high workload of employees causes some deliveries and sales not to be carried out on time. Therefore, Budi Setya Building Store is expected to be able to make good use of its resource assets, namely through efforts to optimize employee workload by developing recommendations for employee improvements in terms of quantity, quality, and management. The end of this study will present a recommendation framework based on an exploratory workload analysis using the work sampling method, NASA-TLX, and work-life balance. The standard time for each employee's job, the value of the employee's workload, and the balance between the work life and personal life of each employee can be determined in this study. The analysis of the work sampling method, NASA-TLX, and work-life balance resulted in the conclusion that loading department employees (FTE: 1,313; NASA-TLX: 79.83, and 3 low WLB dimensions) and drivers (FTE: 1,310; NASA-TLX: 80.83, and 2 low WLB dimensions) have an overall workload that is relatively very high, while goods department employees (FTE: 0.756; NASA-TLX: 64.33, and 1 very high WLB dimension) have a relatively low workload. The framework formulation can be used to determine recommendations on various combinations of the results of the three workload analysis methods so that it is expected to be used as a basis for determining recommendations for improvements that can be carried out by Budi Setya Building Store more relevantly and on target.
