Abstract
Sistem distribusi air pada PLTS on-grid 3,5 kWp Roof Top saat ini mengalami kesulitan dalam mendeteksi tekanan dengan baik. Hal ini penting untuk mengatasi kebocoran dan
mengurangi kehilangan tekanan (head loss), yang dapat mengganggu distribusi air. Tekanan yang cukup sangat penting agar air bisa mencapai semua pengguna dengan baik, terutama untuk membersihkan panel surya. Dalam proyek akhir ini, saya mengembangkan prototype sistem pengendalian otomatis tekanan perpipaan di jaringan distribusi. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor pressure transmitter, dan alat pengukur tekanan (pressure gauge) untuk memantau tekanan secara real-time. Dengan sistem ini, penurunan tekanan yang tiba-tiba dapat terdeteksi dan ditangani dengan cepat, memastikan distribusi air yang efisien dan memadai. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendeteksi tekanan secara akurat menggunakan sensor pressure transmitter dan validator berupa pressure gauge. Sistem pada alat ini berhasil menjaga tekanan stabil pada sistem perpipaan dengan nilai error yang minimal, rata-rata sebesar 0,05 bar, serta akurasi mencapai 88,37%. Respon sistem terhadap kebocoran juga cepat, di mana pompa dan solenoid valve secara otomatis berhenti bekerja ketika tekanan turun di bawah ambang batas, mencegah kerugian lebih lanjut pada distribusi air. The water distribution system for the 3.5 kWp Rooftop on-grid solar power plant currently struggles with accurate pressure detection. This is crucial for addressing leaks and reducing head loss, which can disrupt water distribution. Sufficient pressure is crucial for ensuring water reaches all users, especially for cleaning solar panels. In this final project, I developed a prototype system for automatically controlling pipe pressure in the distribution network. This system uses a pressure transmitter sensor and a pressure gauge to monitor pressure in real time. This system allows for rapid detection and response of sudden pressure drops, ensuring efficient and adequate water distribution. Test results showed that the system accurately detects pressure using the pressure transmitter sensor and a pressure gauge validator. This system successfully maintained stable pressure in the piping system with a minimal error of 0.05 bar on average, and an accuracy of 88.37%. The system also responds quickly to leaks, with pumps and solenoid valves automatically shutting down when the pressure drops below a threshold, preventing further losses in water distribution. This system has been proven to increase the efficiency and reliability of water distribution in solar power plants
