Abstract

Kelalaian dalam memenuhi asupan gizi harian menjadi isu mendesak, terutama dengan meningkatnya prevalensi penyakit terkait nutrisi seperti obesitas dan diabetes. Banyak individu, khususnya remaja hingga lansia, kurang memahami pentingnya gizi seimbang untuk menjaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 25 Tahun 2016 untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang asupan gizi harian. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi pemantauan gizi berbasis web yang memudahkan pengguna dalam memantau asupan nutrisi dan aktivitas fisik harian. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan metode Incremental, menggunakan Laravel untuk Backend dan React untuk Frontend. Fitur-fitur yang akan dikembangkan meliputi personalisasi Bulk, Diary makanan, perhitungan Total daily energy expenditure (TDEE), dan laporan bulanan mengenai status gizi pengguna. Pengujian fungsional menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi GiziCare berjalan stabil dan tanpa kesalahan mayor, serta pengujian usability menghasilkan skor SUS rata-rata 80,4, yang menandakan aplikasi ini mudah digunakan, meskipun masih ada ruang untuk perbaikan pada desain antarmuka.

Neglecting daily nutritional intake has become an urgent issue, particularly with the rising prevalence of nutrition-related diseases such as obesity and diabetes. Many individuals, ranging from adolescents to the elderly, lack an adequate understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition for maintaining health. This study aims to provide solutions aligned with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2016 to enhance public awareness about daily nutritional intake. To achieve this goal, the study develops a web-based nutrition monitoring application designed to simplify the tracking of daily nutrient intake and physical activity. This application used Incremental development method, utilizing Laravel for the Backend and React for the Frontend. Key features to be implemented include Bulk personalization, a Food diary, Total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) calculations, and monthly reports on users' nutritional status. Functional testing shows that the GiziCare application runs stably without major errors, while usability testing results in an average SUS score of 80.4, indicating that the application is easy to use, although there is still room for improvement in the interface design.
