Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) memasuki tahap kedua dengan fokus pada pembangunan area inti yang tangguh. Dalam upaya meningkatkan mobilitas di Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) Ibu kota Nusantara (IKN), pemerintah telah merencanakan pengembangan infrastruktur transportasi perkotaan, termasuk pengembangan sistem trem otonom. Keputusan tersebut didasarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait kebutuhan daya angkut penumpang dalam jumlah besar dan mampu memberikan ketepatan waktu tempuh dalam mencapai tujuan, serta polusi udara yang disebabkan oleh kendaraan fosil. Namun, saat ini trem otonom yang telah diuji coba di KIPP IKN belum memiliki spesifikasi yang kurang sesuai dengan spesifikasi jalur yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah.Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan merancang trem otonom yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi jalur yang telah ditentukan dan menjadi ikon IKN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini mencakup pengumpulan data primer melalui observasi lapangan, analisis kondisi eksisting, dan wawancara mendalam dengan pakar transportasi umum untuk memastikan relevansi data yang diperoleh. Data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, termasuk penelitian terdahulu,jurnal ilmiah, dan kebijakan pemerintah. Metode riset yang diterapkan dalam tahapan konseptualisasi desain meliputi beberapa proses utama, yaitu: product planning, design requirement & objective, conceptual design, preliminary design, hingga final design. Fokus utama dari perancangan ini adalah penerapan pendekatan desain yang mampu merefleksikan karakteristik Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Hasil akhir dari proses perancangan ini berupa dokumen laporan tertulis, portofolio desain, gambar teknik, visualisasi presentasi, serta model berskala sebagai representasi nyata dari konsep yang diusulkan.

The infrastructure development of Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) is entering its second phase with a focus on building a resilient core area. In an effort to improve mobility in Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) Ibu kota Nusantara (IKN), the government has planned the development of urban transportation infrastructure, including the development of an autonomous train system. The decision is based on addressing issues related to the need to carry a large number of passengers and be able to provide travel time accuracy in reaching destinations, as well as air pollution caused by fossil vehicles. However, currently the autonomous train that have been tested at KIPP IKN do not have specifications that are not in accordance with the line specifications set by the government. Therefore, this study aims to overcome these problems by designing an autonomous train that is in accordance with the predetermined route specifications and becomes an icon of IKN. The research methods used in this study include primary data collection through field observations, analysis of existing conditions, and in-depth interviews with public transportation experts to ensure the relevance of the data obtained. Secondary data was obtained from various sources, including previous research, scientific journals, and government policies. The research methods applied in the design conceptualization stage include several main processes, namely: product planning, design requirements & objectives, conceptual design, preliminary design, and final design. The main focus of this design is the application of a design approach that reflects the characteristics of the Capital City of Nusantara (IKN). The final outcome of this design process includes written reports, design portfolios, technical drawings, presentation visualizations, and scaled models as tangible representations of the proposed concept.
