Abstract

Di era persaingan bisnis yang ketat, perusahaan dituntut tak hanya mengejar keuntungan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada masyarakat dan lingkungan dalam program CSR. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang diterapkan oleh PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk melalui program Kampung Alfamart Sahabat Bumi di RW 03 Pondok Arum, Karawaci, Tangerang, serta dampaknya terhadap reputasi perusahaan dan lingkungan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini mencakup: (1) bagaimana strategi implementasi program tersebut, (2) bagaimana dampaknya terhadap reputasi perusahaan menurut persepsi masyarakat, dan (3) bagaimana pengaruh program terhadap kondisi lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan praktisi CSR dan masyarakat penerima manfaat, serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan secara interaktif melalui penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi program ini diterapkan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan indikator strategi implementasi yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, dan monitoring evaluasi. Dampaknya terhadap Reputasi Perusahaan berdasarkan perspektif warga RW 03 Pondok Arum memberikan dampak positif dimana Alfamart dinilai perusahaan yang peduli akan lingkungan. Adapun dampaknya terhadap lingkungan RW 03 Pondok Arum berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga lingkungan melalui kegiatan pengelolaan sampah dan urban farming.

In the era of tight business competition, companies are required not only to pursue profits, but also to contribute to society and the environment through CSR programs. This study analyzes the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy implemented by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk through the Kampung Alfamart Sahabat Bumi program in RW 03 Pondok Arum, Karawaci, Tangerang, and its impact on the company's reputation and the environment. The formulation of the problem in this study includes: (1) how is the implementation strategy of the program, (2) how does it impact the company's reputation according to public perception, and (3) how does the program affect the condition of the surrounding environment. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through field observations, in-depth interviews with CSR practitioners and beneficiary communities, and documentation studies. The analysis was carried out interactively through data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was obtained using source and method triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that this program strategy was implemented well and in accordance with the implementation strategy indicators, namely planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Its impact on the Company's Reputation based on the perspective of RW 03 Pondok Arum residents has a positive impact where Alfamart is considered a company that cares about the environment. As for its impact on the environment, RW 03 Pondok Arum has succeeded in increasing public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment through waste management and urban farming activities.
