Abstract
Pembangunan Bandara Dhoho Kediri (2020) telah memicu perubahan tutupan lahan dan degradasi kualitas lingkungan. Di Kecamatan Grogol, tercatat terjadi penurunan luas lahan sawah akibat alih fungsi sebesar 466,84 ha, dan 300 ha hutan dialihfungsikan (2018-2023), sehingga mengurangi daya serap air tanah dan meningkatkan risiko banjir. Aktivitas pengerukan bukit dan pembabatan pohon menyebabkan peningkatan suhu udara lokal dan pencemaran debu akibat lalu lintas truk berat, yang berdampak pada kenyamanan dan kesehatan warga sekitar. Penurunan fungsi lingkungan ini diperkuat oleh laporan masyarakat dan studi kuantitatif yang mencatat kebisingan sebagai dampak dominan (43,72% responden terganggu). Kondisi ini mencerminkan tekanan nyata terhadap jasa ekosistem di kawasan terdampak. Sehingga, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai perubahan nilai jasa ekosistem akibat Pembangunan Bandar Udara Kediri pada 2004-2024.
Tahapan pertama adalah menganalisis perubahan tutupan lahan dari tahun 2004-2024 dengan menggunakan metode Supervised Classification. Tahapan terakhir adalah melakukan analisis menggunakan Pairwise Comparison untuk menilai koefisien jasa ekosistem dan indeks jasa ekosistem.
Didapatkan tren penurunan indeks jasa ekosistem secara konsisten, yaitu air bersih mengalami penurunan dari 0,522 (2004) menjadi 0,466 (2024), sedangkan indeks pangan menurun dari 0,706 menjadi 0,581. Siklus hara turun dari 0,6112 ke 0,5187, menunjukkan gangguan pada proses regeneratif tanah. Indeks pengaturan iklim turun dari 0,5344 ke 0,4967. Indeks pemeliharaan kualitas udara sedikit naik dari 0,5218 ke 0,5375, namun tidak signifikan dalam konteks degradasi ekosistem secara menyeluruh. Ekoregion dengan indeks jasa ekosistemnya terdampak paling besar adalah Dataran Aluvial dan Dataran Fluvio-vulkan. Pada ekoregion Dataran Fluvio-vulkan, indeks jasa air bersih menurun drastis dari 0,4532 (2004) menjadi 0,4053 (2024). Sedangkan jasa pangan menurun secara konsisten dari 0,6156 (2004) menjadi 0,5061 (2024. Pada ekoregion Dataran Aluvial, indeks jasa air bersih menurun dari 0,5912 (2004) menjadi 0,5285 (2024). Sedangkan jasa pangan menurun secara konsisten dari 0,7964 (2004) menjadi 0,6573 (2024).

The construction of Dhoho Kediri Airport (2020) has triggered changes in land cover and environmental degradation. In Grogol District, there has been a decrease in rice field area due to conversion of 466.84 ha, and 300 ha of forest has been converted (2018-2023), thereby reducing groundwater absorption and increasing the risk of flooding. Mountain excavation and tree clearing activities have caused an increase in local air temperature and dust pollution from heavy truck traffic, affecting the comfort and health of nearby residents. This decline in environmental function is reinforced by community reports and quantitative studies that note noise as the dominant impact (43.72% of respondents were disturbed). This condition reflects the real pressure on ecosystem services in the affected area. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess changes in the value of ecosystem services due to the construction of Kediri Airport in 2004-2024.
The first step is to analyze changes in land cover from 2004 to 2024 using the Supervised Classification method. The final step is to perform an analysis using Pairwise Comparison to assess ecosystem service coefficients and ecosystem service indices.
A consistent downward trend in the ecosystem service index was observed, with clean water decreasing from 0.522 (2004) to 0.466 (2024), while the food index decreased from 0.706 to 0.581. The nutrient cycle decreased from 0.6112 to 0.5187, indicating disruption to the soil's regenerative processes. The climate regulation index decreased from 0.5344 to 0.4967. The air quality maintenance index slightly increased from 0.5218 to 0.5375, but this increase is not significant in the context of overall ecosystem degradation. The ecoregions most affected by the decline in ecosystem service indices are the Alluvial Plains and Fluvio-volcanic Plains ecoregions. In the Fluvio-volcanic Plains ecoregion, the clean water service index dropped sharply from 0.4532 (2004) to 0.4053 (2024). Meanwhile, food services declined consistently from 0.6156 (2004) to 0.5061 In the Alluvial Plain ecoregion, the clean water service index decreased from 0.5912 (2004) to 0.5285 (2024). Meanwhile, food services decreased consistently from 0.7964 (2004) to 0.6573 (2024).
