Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas alat berat Reach Stacker dan Side Loader di Depo Meratus Surabaya (DMS) dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Alat berat yang diteliti terdiri dari satu unit Reach Stacker (R029) dan tiga unit Side Loader (S008, S010, dan S011), yang berperan penting dalam aktivitas Lift On/Lift Off kontainer. Penelitian ini menggunakan data historis bulan Juni 2023 untuk mengukur pengaruh jam operasi dan jam standby terhadap jumlah kontainer (Qty Box) yang ditangani. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel jam operasi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas, sedangkan variabel standby tidak signifikan dan dieliminasi dari model akhir. Setiap unit alat berat menunjukkan tingkat pengaruh yang berbeda, di mana model S008 memiliki pengaruh paling besar. Seluruh model memenuhi asumsi klasik regresi, termasuk linearitas, normalitas, homoskedastisitas, dan independensi residual. Hasil ini memberikan dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam optimalisasi penggunaan alat berat di lingkungan depo kontainer. Penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan model lebih lanjut dengan mempertimbangkan variabel tambahan seperti kondisi mesin, jenis muatan, dan faktor lingkungan.

This study aims to analyze the productivity of heavy equipment units—specifically the Reach Stacker and Side Loader—at the Meratus Container Depot (DMS) in Surabaya using multiple linear regression analysis. The research focuses on one Reach Stacker unit (R029) and three Side Loader units (S008, S010, and S011), which are essential for container Lift On/Lift Off operations. Historical operational data from June 2023 were utilized to assess the influence of operating hours and standby hours on the number of containers handled (Qty Box). The results indicate that only operating hours significantly affect productivity, while standby hours show no significant impact and were excluded from the final models. Each equipment unit demonstrated varying levels of influence, with model S008 showing the strongest effect. All regression models passed classical assumption tests, including linearity, normality, homoscedasticity, and residual independence. These findings provide valuable insights for optimizing the use of heavy equipment in container depot operations. Further research is suggested to include additional variables such as machine condition, cargo type, and environmental factors for a more comprehensive model.
