Abstract
Pertumbuhan industri ekonomi kreatif mendorong kebutuhan akan ruang kerja yang tidak hanya fungsional, tetapi juga mendukung kolaborasi, keterbukaan publik, dan representasi identitas profesional. Tugas akhir ini merancang kantor konsultan desain interior dan arsitektur Studio Songo di Sidoarjo dengan pendekatan One stop Smart office, yakni sistem ruang terpadu yang mengintegrasikan ruang kerja, workshop, showroom, dan coffee shop dalam satu kesatuan spasial. Pendekatan desain menggunakan gaya fun industrial yang menyeimbangkan nuansa profesional dan suasana ruang yang dinamis serta kreatif. Proses perancangan kantor Studio Songo ini dilakukan menggunakan metode design thinking dengan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada sampai dengan validasi desain. Hasil perancangan menciptakan alur fungsional berkesinambungan, yaitu berawal dari konsep desain (kantor), lalu proses realisasi (workshop), hingga eksposisi karya (showroom), serta menumbuhkan interaksi informal klien (coffee shop). Hal ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan pengalaman pengguna, sekaligus memperkuat citra dan strategi branding perusahaan, serta menciptakan ruang interaksi dengan komunitas secara lebih luas. Desain dirancang dengan memperhatikan aspek kenyamanan, fleksibilitas, dan keberlanjutan melalui pemilihan material dan tata ruang yang adaptif. Ide perancangan ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu model ruang kerja masa kini yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan dapat mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan.

The growth of the creative economy industry is driving the need for workspaces that are not only functional, but also support collaboration, public openness, and the representation of professional identity. This final project designs the office of interior design and architecture consultant Studio Songo in Sidoarjo with a One stop Smart office approach, namely an integrated space system that integrates workspaces, workshops, showrooms, and coffee shops in one spatial unit. The design approach uses a fun industrial style that balances a professional feel and a dynamic and creative atmosphere. The design process for Studio Songo's office was carried out using the design thinking method by identifying existing problems through to design validation. The design results create a continuous functional flow, starting from the design concept (office), then the realization process (workshop), to the exhibition of works (showroom), and fostering informal client interaction (coffee shop). This is able to improve work efficiency and user experience, while strengthening the company's image and branding strategy, and creating a space for interaction with the wider community. The design is designed with attention to aspects of comfort, flexibility, and sustainability through the selection of adaptive materials and spatial layout. This design idea is expected to become one of the models of today's workspaces that are adaptive, collaborative, and can support sustainable development.
