Abstract

Embung Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) dan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Pemaluan adalah infrastruktur penampungan air hujan yang penting di Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) Ibu Kota Nusantara. Proyek konstruksi ini mencakup pembangunan struktur pelimpah, fasilitas pelengkap embung, tubuh embung, dan sistem saluran air. Pemilihan metode kerja yang tepat sangat penting untuk keberhasilan proyek. Pengecoran beton adalah bagian vital dari proyek ini, dan perencanaan yang komprehensif diperlukan untuk efisiensi dan efektivitas. Proyek ini menggunakan bekisting konvensional kurang standar yang menyebabkan lendutan pada dinding pelimpah.
Penelitian ini diawali dengan studi pendahuluan yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi latar belakang serta merumuskan permasalahan, dilanjutkan dengan kajian literatur dan pengumpulan data. Dalam kerangka penelitian ini, peran Biaya Kualitas (Costs of Quality) adalah untuk mengkuantifikasi seluruh komponen biaya yang berkaitan dengan kualitas. Selanjutnya, akan dilakukan perencanaan desain, perhitungan estimasi, dan kompilasi total biaya, yang kemudian akan dibandingkan dengan data biaya kualitas tersebut.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan Costs of Quality perencanaan bekisting konvensional dan semi sistem, perencanaan gambar serta mengevaluasi biaya material keduanya. Hasil penelitian Costs of Quality bekisting konvensional sebesar 87,14% didominasi oleh kegagalan internal karena rentan terhadap kesalahan pemasangan, kurang presisi, atau kerusakan material, sedangkan Costs of Quality bekisting semi sistem sebesar 21,77% 3 karena efisiensi dalam kualitas dicapai melalui pemasangan yang lebih cepat dan akurat, daya tahan material yang lebih baik, dan kebutuhan pengerjaan ulang yang jauh berkurang.

The Reservoir of the Core Government Center Area (KIPP) and the Pemaluan Watershed (DAS) is an important rainwater storage infrastructure in the Core Government Center Area (KIPP) of the Nusantara Capital City. This construction project includes the development of spillway structures, complementary reservoir facilities, reservoir bodies, and water channel systems. The selection of the right working method is crucial for the success of the project. Concrete casting is a vital part of this project, and comprehensive planning is required for efficiency and effectiveness. This project uses conventional formwork that is below standard, causing deflection in the spillway wall.
This research begins with a preliminary study aimed at identifying the background and formulating the problem, followed by a literature review and data collection. In the framework of this research, the role of Costs of Quality is to quantify all cost components related to quality. Next, design planning, estimation calculations, and total cost compilation will be carried out, which will then be compared with the Quality Costs data.
This research aims to apply the Costs of Quality to the planning of conventional and semi-system formwork, drawing planning, and evaluate the material costs of both. The research results show that the Costs of Quality for conventional formwork is 87.14%, dominated by internal failures due to vulnerability to installation errors, lack of precision, or material damage, while the Costs of Quality for semi-system formwork is 21.77% due to efficiency in quality achieved through faster and more accurate installation, better material durability, and significantly reduced rework needs.
