Abstract
Uji kelayakan fungsi jalan merupakan proses pemeriksaan dan penilaian untuk menentukan apakah kondisi jalan memenuhi standar teknis yang dibutuhkan, sehingga dapat memastikan keselamatan penggunanya. Standar teknis ini meliputi aspek struktur perkerasan, geometri jalan, fasilitas pendukung jalan, manajemen dan rekayasa lalu lintas, penggunaan komponen jalan, serta peralatan jalan yang ada.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan fungsi jalan Kota Mojosari – Pandanarum – Pacet. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada ruas jalan sepanjang 15,64 km tersebut, akan dilakukan uji kelayakan fungsi jalan menggunakan metode pemeringkatan sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor 06/P/BM/2024 guna menentukan status jalan, apakah memenuhi persyaratan kelayakan fungsi, layak fungsi dengan syarat, atau tidak layak fungsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kondisi jalan Kota Mojosari – Pandanarum – Pacet, meningkatkan kualitas jalan, serta mengurangi angka kecelakaan. Selain itu, analisis ini juga mencakup perkiraan biaya yang diperlukan untuk perbaikan jalan tersebut.
Hasil uji laik fungsi jalan berdasarkan pedoman Peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor 06/P/BM/2024 dalam kondisi eksisting, menunjukkan bahwa ruas jalan Kota Mojosari – Pandanarum – Pacet mendapatkan skor pemeringkatan bintang sebesar 9,52 dan dikategorikan bintang tiga karena memiliki skor diantara 5,0 – 12,5. Oleh karena itu diperlukan beberapa perbaikan pada jalan tersebut. Total biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk perbaikan pada ruas jalan Kota Mojosari – Pandanarum – Pacet adalah sebesar Rp. 1.821.338.158,91.

The road function feasibility test is a process of inspection and evaluation to determine whether the condition of the road meets the required technical standards, ensuring the safety of its users. These technical standards include aspects such as road pavement structure, road geometry, supporting facilities, traffic management and engineering, the use of road components, and available road equipment.
This study aims to evaluate the functional feasibility of the Mojosari – Pandanarum – Pacet road. To address the existing issues along this 15.64 km stretch, a road feasibility assessment will be carried out using a rating method based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) No. 06/P/BM/2024. The goal is to determine whether the road is fully functional, conditionally functional, or not functional at all. The purpose of this research is to assess the current condition of the Mojosari – Pandanarum – Pacet road, improve its overall quality, and reduce the number of traffic accidents. In addition, the study also includes an estimate of the costs required for the necessary repairs and improvements.
Based on the feasibility test conducted using the guidelines from the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) No. 06/P/BM/2024, the existing condition of the Mojosari – Pandanarum – Pacet road segment received a star rating score of 9,52. This score places the road in the three-star category, which falls within the 5.0 – 12.5 range. As a result, several improvements are needed to enhance its functionality. The total estimated cost for the required repairs on this road segment is Rp. 1.821.338.158,91.
