Abstract
Banjir yang sering melanda kawasan Sungai Tawing menjadi ancaman serius bagi masyarakat. Terjadinya banjir disebabkan oleh kapasitas Sungai Tawing yang tidak memadai serta dipicu oleh kondisi cuaca ekstrem yang sering terjadi di wilayah tersebut. Banjir ini menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, termasuk erosi tebing secara berkala, khususnya di Kecamatan Kampak, Kabupaten Trenggalek. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu perencanaan desain pengendalian banjir yang efektif dan adaptif terhadap kondisi eksisting.
Metode pengendalian banjir yang digunakan dalam proyek akhir ini adalah normalisasi sungai, yang dilakukan dengan memperlebar dan memperdalam penampang sungai agar kapasitas alirannya meningkat. Selain itu, untuk menjaga kestabilan lereng dan mencegah longsor akibat erosi aliran, digunakan metode perkuatan lereng berupa pemasangan Concrete Corrugated Sheet Pile (CCSP) pada sisi tebing sungai.
Hasil dari perencanaan proyek akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi normalisasi Sungai Tawing direncanakan dengan lebar dasar rerata penampang sebesar 26 meter dan kedalaman rerata galian mencapai 4 meter, menyesuaikan kapasitas debit rencana Q25 tahun sebesar 375.449 m³/detik. Sementara itu, CCSP yang digunakan sebagai perkuatan lereng direncanakan memiliki ketinggian 14 meter dan lebar 0,4 meter, dengan pemancangan sesuai kedalaman kritis untuk menjamin kestabilan struktur terhadap tekanan tanah dan gaya hidrostatis.
Selain aspek teknis, proyek akhir menghasilkan dokumen perencanaan Detail Engineering Design (DED) dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), yang menunjukkan total kebutuhan anggaran sebesar Rp 2,6 miliar.

Flooding that frequently affects the Tawing River area poses a serious threat to the local community. The flooding is caused by the insufficient capacity of the Tawing River and is further triggered by extreme weather conditions that often occur in the region. This flood event leads to various problems, including recurring riverbank erosion, particularly in Kampak District, Trenggalek Regency. Therefore, an effective and adaptive flood control design plan is required to address the existing conditions.
The flood control method used in this final project is river normalization, which involves widening and deepening the river cross-section to increase its flow capacity. In addition, to maintain slope stability and prevent landslides caused by flow-induced erosion, slope reinforcement is implemented by installing Concrete Corrugated Sheet Piles (CCSP) along the riverbanks.
The results of the design planning indicate that the normalized cross-section of the Tawing River is designed with an average base width of 26 meters and an average excavation depth of 4 meters, adjusted to meet the planned design discharge. Meanwhile, the CCSP used for slope reinforcement is designed with a height of 14 meters and a width of 0.4 meters, with installation depth corresponding to the critical depth required to ensure structural stability against earth pressure and hydrostatic forces.
In addition to the technical aspects, this final project also produces planning documents including the Detail Engineering Design (DED) and Bill of Quantities (RAB), showing a total estimated budget requirement of Rp 2.6 billion.
