Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi lokasi paling sesuai untuk pembangunan Rumah Sakit Kelas B di Kabupaten Probolinggo melalui pendekatan berbasis data spasial. Berbagai variabel yang memengaruhi kesesuaian lahan dianalisis, termasuk aksesibilitas, risiko bencana, penggunaan lahan, dan kepadatan penduduk. Metode Analytical Network Process (ANP) digunakan untuk menentukan bobot dari sebelas variabel yang telah divalidasi sebelumnya melalui metode Delphi dengan melibatkan lima ahli. Analisis spasial dilakukan menggunakan teknik weighted overlay pada perangkat lunak ArcGIS 10.8 untuk menghasilkan peta zonasi kesesuaian lahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah berada dalam kategori sangat tidak sesuai (64,17%), sementara wilayah yang tergolong cukup sesuai dan sesuai masing-masing mencakup 25,11% dan 10,73% dari total wilayah. Zona dengan tingkat kesesuaian tinggi terkonsentrasi di wilayah tengah, seperti Kecamatan Dringu, Leces, Tegalsiwalan, dan Wonomerto. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam perencanaan pembangunan rumah sakit yang lebih tepat sasaran, efisien, dan berbasis kajian spasial.

This study aims to identify the most suitable location for the development of a Type B Hospital in Probolinggo Regency using a spatial data-based approach. Several land suitability variables were analyzed, including accessibility, disaster risk, land use, and population density. The Analytical Network Process (ANP) method was employed to determine the weights of eleven validated variables, which were previously assessed through the Delphi method involving five experts. Spatial analysis was conducted using the weighted overlay technique in ArcGIS 10.8 to produce a land suitability zoning map. The results indicate that the majority of the area falls under the "highly unsuitable" category (64.17%), while 25.11% is classified as "moderately suitable" and 10.73% as "suitable." Highly suitable zones are generally concentrated in the central part of the regency, including Dringu, Leces, Tegalsiwalan, and Wonomerto Districts. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for more targeted, efficient, and data-driven hospital location planning.
