Abstract

Laporan ini menyajikan proses desain dan pendekatan konseptual di balik dua proyek arsitektur: Rumah Hunian “DA HOUSE” yang berlokasi di Surabaya dan “CUR-VOID CLINIC” yang berlokasi di Pasuruan. Proyek DA HOUSE menekankan optimalisasi spasial dalam konteks hunian perkotaan, mengintegrasikan strategi desain pasif dan artikulasi material untuk mengatasi tantangan iklim dan kontekstual di Surabaya. Sementara itu, CUR-VOID CLINIC mengeksplorasi integrasi ruang hampa dan logika sirkulasi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan kinerja lingkungan dalam fasilitas kesehatan yang ringkas. Kedua proyek ini menunjukkan metodologi desain yang menyeimbangkan kebutuhan fungsional dengan ekspresi arsitektur, yang didasarkan pada responsivitas kontekstual, kejelasan spasial, dan koherensi tektonik.

This report presents the design processes and conceptual approaches behind two architectural projects: “DA HOUSE” Residential House located in Surabaya and “CUR-VOID CLINIC” located in Pasuruan. The DA HOUSE project emphasizes spatial optimization within an urban residential context, integrating passive design strategies and material articulation to address climatic and contextual challenges in Surabaya. Meanwhile, the CUR-VOID CLINIC explores the integration of spatial voids and circulation logic to enhance user experience and environmental performance in a compact healthcare facility. Both projects demonstrate a design methodology that balances functional requirements with architectural expression, grounded in contextual responsiveness, spatial clarity, and tectonic coherence.
