Abstract

Republik Indonesia (Perpres) No. 109 Tahun 2020.
4.316.557,00 Kg didapatkan selisih volume sebesar 3,7%. Pada pekerjaan MainRoad untuk
volume timbunan tanah metode konvensional 1.458.199,79 m³ dan volume BIM 1.354.129,86
m³ didapatkan selisih 7,7%. Untuk volume Caping Layer metode konvensional 27.231,81 m³
dan volume BIM 25.940,50 m³ didapatkan selisih 5,0%. Untuk volume Drainage Layer metode
konvensional 26.734,15 m³ dan volume BIM 25.309,35 m³ didapatkan selisih 5,6%. Untuk
volume Lean Concrete metode konvensional 14.815,50 m³ dan volume BIM 14.577,75 m³
didapatkan selisih 1,6%. Untuk volume Rigid Pavement metode konvensional 43.699,50 m³
dan volume BIM 43.436,25 m³ didapatkan selisih 0,6%. Pada perhitungan estimasi biaya
metode konvensional didapatkan RAP sebesar Rp. 427.622.984.861,52 sedangkan perhitungan
estimasi biaya RAP metode BIM didapatkan sebesar Rp. 416.462.388.637,95 Perhitungan
=================================================================
The Probolinggo – Banyuwangi Toll Road Construction Project Package 2 is the final section
of the national Trans Java Toll Road, project which will connect the entire island of Java from
Merak Port to Ketapang Port. The Probolinggo – Banyuwangi Toll Road construction program
in East Java province is part of a national program supported by Presidential Regulation of the
Republic of Indonesia (Perpres) No. 109 of 2020. In this study, time and cost calculations were
carried out based on Quantity Take-Off on toll road construction using BIM (Building
Information Modeling) on the STA 09+000 – 15+400 section with the help of Civil 3d, Revit
and Naviswork software. References in carrying out this research use PUPR Ministerial
Regulation 28 of 2016, PUPR Ministerial Regulation 1 of 2022, PUPR Ministerial Regulation
8 2023, KSO Contractor Documents (HKI-ACCSET-NK) and previous research references. At
the 5D calculation stage, conventional and BIM method calculations were carried out with
Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D, continued with productivity calculations, then time calculations
using Ms Project to Autodesk Naviswork, finally the calculation of the Implementation Budget
Plan (RAP) and Curve planning - S. Therefore, the results that can be obtained in the
comparison of conventional methods and BIM methods for conventional concrete volume of
25,641.633 m³ and BIM concrete volume of 25,049.24 m³ obtained a volume difference of 2.4%.
For conventional iron volume of 4,478,378.22 Kg and BIM iron volume of 4,316,557.00 Kg, a
volume difference of 3.7% was obtained. In the MainRoad work for the conventional method
of landfill volume of 1,458,199.79 m³ and BIM volume of 1,354,129.86 m³, a difference of
7.7% was obtained. For the conventional Caping Layer method volume of 27,231.81 m³ and
BIM volume of 25,940.50 m³, a difference of 5.0% was obtained. For the conventional Drainage
Layer method volume of 26,734.15 m³ and BIM volume of 25,309.35 m³, a difference of 5.6%
was obtained. For the conventional Lean Concrete method volume of 14,815.50 m³ and BIM
volume of 14,577.75 m³, a difference of 1.6% was obtained. For the conventional Rigid
Pavement method volume of 43,699.50 m³ and BIM volume of 43,436.25 m³, a difference of
0.6% was obtained. In the conventional method cost estimation calculation, the RAP was
obtained at Rp. 427,622,984,861.52, while the BIM method RAP cost estimation calculation
was obtained at Rp. 416,462,388,637.95 The duration calculation obtained from the
conventional method is 376 days and the BIM method is 365 days.
