Abstract

Arsitektur biofilik merupakan pendekatan desain yang menekankan pada integrasi antara manusia dan alam melalui pemanfaatan elemen-elemen alami, seperti pencahayaan alami, sirkulasi udara, vegetasi, serta penggunaan material berbasis alam. Dalam pendidikan dan ilmu pengetahuan yang merupakan dua pilar utama dalam pembangunan suatu bangsa diperlukan lingkungan yang nyaman dan alami yang dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi dalam proses belajar. Pendekatan biofilik adalah menciptakan lingkungan ruang yang nyaman dan mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis maupun fisik para penggunanya. Dengan mengadopsi prinsip-prinsip biofilik, desain ruang tidak hanya difungsikan sebagai tempat beraktivitas, melainkan juga sebagai wadah yang menunjang produktivitas dan kenyamanan melalui keterhubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan alam. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah force-based framework, yang kemudian diperdalam melalui metode biomorphic, yakni proses pengadaptasian bentuk-bentuk alami sebagai referensi dalam pembentukan massa bangunan.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut, rancangan ini mengusung rancangan “Ruang Pengetahuan Interaktif-Kreatif dengan Pendekatan Biofilik”. Perancangan ini mengadaptasi konsep ruang baca menjadi lebih dinamis dan mendukung interaksi serta kreativitas. Inovasi utama dari desain ini terletak pada penerapan zonasi ruang berdasarkan gaya belajar pengguna yang beragam, yaitu visual, auditori, dan kinestetik. Perancangan ini menghasilkan denah menyerupai mahkota bunga, dengan pembagian ruang berdasarkan gaya belajar yang diperkuat oleh desain interior. Ruang visual menghadirkan jendela besar menghadap taman, pencahayaan alami, dan tanaman indoor untuk menciptakan suasana alami dan fokus, sementara ruang auditori dirancang dengan elemen bunyi seperti gemericik air dan lonceng angin serta area duduk fleksibel untuk diskusi. Ruang kinestetik mencakup area workshop kreatif dengan material alami seperti bambu dan daun kering, tempat duduk organik yang nyaman, serta panggung untuk aktivitas ekspresif seperti roleplay. ====================================================================================================================================================================================
Biophilic architecture is a design approach that emphasizes the integration of humans and nature through the utilization of natural elements, such as natural lighting, air circulation, vegetation, and the use of natural materials. Education and science, two key pillars of national development, require a comfortabel and natural environment that can enhance concentration during the learning process. The biophilic approach aims to create a comfortabel spatial environment that supports the psychological and physical well-being of its users. By adopting biophilic principles, the design of the space functions not only as a place for activities but also as a platform that supports productivity and comfort through direct and indirect connections with nature. The method used in this design is a force-based framework, which is then further deepened through the biomorphic method, namely the process of adapting natural forms as references in shaping the building's mass.
Based on this, this design promotes the concept of an "Interactive-Creative Knowledge Space with a Biophilic Approach." This design adapts the concept of a reading room to be more dynamic and encourage interaction and creativity. The main innovation of this design lies in the application of space zoning based on the diverse learning styles of users: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. This design produces a floor plan resembling a flower crown, with the division of space based on learning styles reinforced by the interior design. The visual space features large windows facing the garden, natural lighting, and indoor plants to create a natural and focused atmosphere, while the auditory space is designed with sound elements such as trickling water and wind chimes as well as flexible seating areas for discussions. The kinesthetic space includes a creative workshop area with natural materials such as bamboo and dried leaves, comfortabel organic seating, and a stage for expressive activities such as roleplay.
