Abstract

Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (Kemenkes RI) adalah salah satu kementerian di bawah Pemerintah Republik Indonesia yang bertugas untuk menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang kesehatan. Kemenkes berperan strategis dalam mewujudkan visi pembangunan nasional di sektor kesehatan, yaitu menciptakan masyarakat Indonesia yang sehat, mandiri, dan berkeadilan. Sebagai bentuk komitmen terhadap reformasi birokrasi, Kemenkes saat ini sedang melaksanakan Transformasi Kesehatan Nasional, yang terdiri dari enam pilar utama dan satu pilar tambahan yaitu Transformasi Internal, bertujuan untuk memperkuat organisasi Kemenkes melalui pengembangan budaya kerja yang adaptif, kolaboratif, berorientasi pelayanan, serta berbasis pada nilai-nilai Core Values ASN BerAKHLAK. Kemenkes melaksanakan berbagai program strategis, salah satunya adalah Survei Pulse Check Budaya Kerja yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi budaya kerja di seluruh unit organisasi secara berkala dan berbasis data.

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkes RI) is one of the ministries under the Government of the Republic of Indonesia responsible for managing governmental affairs in the health sector. Kemenkes plays a strategic role in realizing the national development vision in the health sector, namely creating a healthy, self-reliant, and equitable Indonesian society. As part of its commitment to bureaucratic reform, Ministry of Health is currently implementing the National Health Transformation, which consists of six main pillars and an additional pillar, namely Internal Transformation. This initiative aims to strengthen the organization of Ministry of Health through the development of an adaptive, collaborative, and service-oriented work culture, grounded in the core values of ASN BerAKHLAK. Ministry of Health implements various strategic programs, one of which is the Work Culture Pulse Check Survey. This survey aims to periodically and data-drivenly assess the state of work culture across all organizational units.
