Abstract

Laporan ini menyajikan dua proyek perancangan arsitektur yang berbeda dalam konteks dan fungsi. Proyek pertama adalah Perencanaan Gedung Layanan Poskesdes di Desa Bangsal, Mojokerto, sebuah fasilitas kesehatan publik yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat desa. Pendekatan desainnya mengintegrasikan arsitektur vernakular yang terinspirasi dari sejarah Majapahit. Fokus utama perancangan ini adalah pada optimalisasi fungsi layanan kesehatan, penggunaan material lokal yang berkelanjutan, penciptaan ruang komunal yang ramah bagi warga,. Proyek kedua adalah Perencanaan Pembangunan Kantor dan Gudang PT. Darmawangsa Medical Supplies di Surabaya, Berlokasi di kawasan cagar budaya, rancangan ini mengadopsi gaya arsitektur Streamline Moderne sebagai respons terhadap konteks historis lingkungan sekitar. Konsep utamanya adalah menciptakan zonasi yang efektif untuk memisahkan aktivitas perkantoran dan pergudangan, sekaligus merancang fasad yang unik dan modern sebagai identitas perusahaan. Secara keseluruhan, laporan ini mendokumentasikan proses perancangan kedua proyek tersebut, yang menunjukkan penerapan 13 standar kompetensi arsitek pada tipologi bangunan yang beragam.

This report presents two architectural design projects with distinct contexts and functions. The first project is the design of a Poskesdes (Village Health Post) service building in Desa Bangsal, Mojokerto, a public health facility conceived to meet the needs of the local community. The design approach integrates vernacular architecture inspired by the Majapahit era. The primary focus of this design is on optimizing healthcare service functions, utilizing sustainable local materials, and creating a welcoming communal space for residents. The second project is the design of an office and warehouse for PT. Darmawangsa Medical Supplies in Surabaya. Situated within a cultural heritage area, this design adopts the Streamline Moderne architectural style in response to the historical context of its surroundings. The main concept is to establish effective zoning to separate office and warehousing activities, while concurrently designing a unique and modern façade to serve as the corporate identity. Overall, this report documents the design process for both projects, demonstrating the application of the 13 architect competency standards across diverse building typologies.
