Abstract

Program magang merupakan bagian penting dalam pembelajaran vokasi untuk menjembatani teori dan praktik dunia kerja. Laporan ini berisi hasil kegiatan magang yang dilakukan selama lima bulan di PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk Wilayah Penjualan V. Tujuan utama magang ini adalah mengaplikasikan ilmu statistika bisnis dalam dunia kerja nyata, khususnya dalam pengelolaan data persediaan dan analisis peramalan omzet. Mahasiswa terlibat aktif dalam pengembangan form data entry berbasis Excel-VBA, pembuatan inventory dashboard berbasis web interaktif, serta pembuatan video tutorial sebagai panduan pengguna. Selain itu, dilakukan pula analisis peramalan omzet kontrak tahun 2025 menggunakan metode ARIMA, yang divisualisasikan dalam bentuk infografis. Luaran lain berupa artikel knowledge management disusun sebagai dokumentasi solusi atas permasalahan riil di perusahaan. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengalaman kerja langsung, meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan analitis, serta memperkuat soft skill mahasiswa dalam lingkungan industri manufaktur dan konstruksi.

The internship program is an important part of vocational learning to bridge theory and practice in the world of work. This report contains the results of a five-month internship at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk Wilayah Penjualan V. The main objective of this internship is to apply business statistics knowledge in the real world of work, especially in inventory data management and revenue forecasting analysis. Students were actively involved in the development of an Excel-VBA-based form data entry, the creation of an interactive web-based inventory dashboard, and the creation of a video tutorial as a user guide. In addition, an analysis of contract revenue forecasting for 2025 was also conducted using the ARIMA method, which was visualized in the form of infographics. Another output in the form of a knowledge management article was compiled as documentation of solutions to real problems in the company. This activity provided direct work experience, improved technical and analytical skills, and strengthened students' soft skills in the manufacturing and construction industry environment.
