Abstract

Platform sumur adalah sistem yang membantu mengekstraksi hidrokarbon dari sumur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat integritas keselamatan platform sumur. Tingkat Integritas Keselamatan adalah ukuran tingkat keandalan perangkat keselamatan dalam mengurangi risiko kejadian berbahaya di platform sumur. Dalam menentukan risiko kejadian berbahaya yang dapat terjadi di platform sumur menggunakan metode studi HAZOP. Dalam studi HAZOP diperoleh kejadian berbahaya yang mungkin terjadi di platform sumur. Peristiwa berbahaya tersebut berpotensi menyebabkan kerusakan peralatan yang dapat berdampak pada kebocoran kontaminasi yang dapat menyebabkan kebakaran jika terbakar. Dalam analisis risiko yang dilakukan dalam studi HAZOP, peristiwa berbahaya yang diperoleh diklasifikasikan sebagai tingkat risiko sedang hingga moderat. Oleh karena itu, langkah selanjutnya adalah menganalisis tingkat keandalan perangkat keselamatan di platform sumur yang dapat mencegah tekanan berlebih menggunakan metode LOPA. Berdasarkan studi LOPA yang dilakukan pada perangkat keselamatan yang tersedia di platform kepala sumur, desain platform kepala sumur harus masuk dalam kategori SIL 2 sesuai standar. Oleh karena itu, pemilik aset memiliki standar Target Mitigated Event Likelihood (TMEL) sebesar 3 x 10^-5 per tahun, sehingga kemungkinan kejadian yang diatasi pada platform kepala sumur ini harus di bawah Target Mitigated Event Likelihood (TMEL).

Wellhead Platform is system that help to extract hydrocarbon from wells. This research aim to analyze the safety integrity level of the wellhead platform. Safety Integrity Level is a measure of the level of reliability of safety devices in reducing the risk of hazardous events on the wellhead platform. In determining the risk of hazardous events that can occur on the wellhead platform using the HAZOP study method. In the HAZOP study obtained Hazardous Event that may occur on the Wellhead Platform. The hazardous event can potentially cause equipment rupture which can have an impact on loss of contamination which can cause fire if burned. In the risk analysis conducted in the HAZOP study, hazardous event obtained are classified as a medium to moderate risk level. Therefore, the next step is to analyze the level of reliability of safety devices at the wellhead that can prevent overpressure using the LOPA method. Based on the LOPA study conducted on the available safety devices on the Platform wellhead, the Platform wellhead design should be in the SIL 2 category according to the standard. Therefor, the asset owner has a Target Mitigated Event Likelihood (TMEL) standard of 3 x 10^-5 per year, therefore the mitigated event likelihood of this wellhead platform must be below the Target Mitigated Event Likelihood (TMEL).
