Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini mendorong transformasi industri ke arah sistem yang lebih otomatis dan berbasis data. Mahasiswa Statistika Bisnis dituntut untuk memiliki pengalaman langsung di dunia kerja agar mampu memahami penerapan ilmu secara nyata. Kegiatan magang di PT PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Gresik menjadi wadah untuk terlibat langsung dalam proses kerja, khususnya di bidang Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Operasi, Logistik, serta Sumber Daya Manusia. Selama magang, dilakukan pengembangan dashboard produksi air dan stock kontrak yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu pemantauan operasional dan pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, juga dibuat infografis konsumsi fuel gas serta video tutorial penggunaan dashboard untuk mendukung efisiensi kerja. Pengalaman ini menjadi bekal penting dalam menghadapi dunia industri yang semakin menuntut kemampuan analisis data, adaptasi teknologi, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis informasi.

The rapid development of digital technology has driven the industrial sector to transform toward more automated and data-driven systems. Business Statistics students are required to gain hands-on experience in the professional world to understand the practical application of their knowledge. An internship at PT PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Gresik provided an opportunity to be directly involved in real work processes, particularly in the areas of Operational Planning and Control, Logistics, and Human Resources. During the internship, dashboards for water production and contract stock were developed to serve as tools for operational monitoring and decision-making. In addition, a fuel gas consumption infographic and a video tutorial for using the contract stock dashboard were created to support work efficiency. This experience serves as a valuable foundation for facing an increasingly competitive and technology-driven industrial environment that demands strong data analysis, technological adaptability, and data-based decision-making skills.
