Abstract

Transportasi kereta api menjadi moda yang strategis dalam mendukung mobilitas masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. PT. Industri Kereta Api (INKA) sebagai BUMN yang bergerak di bidang jasa angkutan perkeretaapian terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk memenuhi ekspektasi penumpang. Namun berdasarkan data inspeksi aftersales, toilet system pada kereta penumpang mengalami gangguan tertinggi sebanyak 5.793 kasus jika dibandingkan dengan komponen lain. Masalah seperti tombol flushing, sensor tidak berfungsi, dan bidet shower rusak berdampak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan meramalkan jumlah gangguan toilet system menggunakan metode ARIMA. Data yang digunakan adalah data harian gangguan toilet system periode Desember 2023 hingga Mei 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik data jumlah gangguan toilet system memiliki tren peningkatan yang konsisten dari tahun ke tahun. Model ARIMA (2,1,0) terpilih sebagai model terbaik dengan nilai RMSE 9,116, MAD 7,037, dan MAPE 39,82%. Peramalan untuk 150 hari ke depan menunjukkan tren peningkatan bertahap dari sekitar 22 gangguan per hari di awal periode hingga mencapai 27-30 gangguan per hari di akhir proyeksi. Secara keseluruhan, gangguan toilet system diprediksi meningkat pada tahun 2025 dibanding tahun 2024. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi dasar perencanaan pemeliharaan preventif dan pengadaan sparepart, sehingga dapat menjaga kepuasan pelanggan sebagai aspek penting dalam perjalanan kereta api.

Rail transportation is a strategic mode in supporting public mobility and national economic growth. PT. Industri Kereta Api (INKA), as a state-owned enterprise engaged in railway transportation services, continues to improve service quality to meet passenger expectations. However, based on after-sales inspection data, toilet systems on passenger trains experienced the highest number of disruptions, with 5,793 cases compared to other components. Problems such as flushing buttons, malfunctioning sensors, and broken bidet showers significantly impact customer satisfaction. This study aims to predict the number of toilet system disruptions using the ARIMA method. The data used is daily data on toilet system disruptions from December 2023 to May 2025. The results show that the characteristics of the data on the number of toilet system disruptions have a consistent increasing trend from year to year. The ARIMA (2,1,0) model was selected as the best model with an RMSE value of 9.116, MAD 7.037, and MAPE 39.82%. Forecasting for the next 150 days shows a gradual increasing trend from around 22 disruptions per day at the beginning of the period to 27-30 disruptions per day at the end of the projection. Overall, toilet system disruptions are predicted to increase in 2025 compared to 2024. This research is expected to be the basis for preventive maintenance planning and spare part procurement, so as to maintain customer satisfaction as an important aspect of train travel.
