Abstract

Water Tank Level Control, dan Ethanol Refinary atau yang menjadi aset Laboratorium SIS merupakan tugas akhir yang ada di Departemen Teknik Instrumentasi ITS yang biasa menjadi peralatan dalam menunjang praktikum mata kuliah. Praktikum yang dapat terlaksana dalam tugas akhir berupa sistem kendali secara langsung (wired) sehingga tidak bisa dilakukan secara tidak langsung (wireless) ketika dibutuhkan perubahan pada variabel pengendalian. Sehingga pengendalian aset Laboratorium SIS memerlukan pengendalian state dan set point dari plant secara tidak langsung (wireless) dengan mengimplementasikan ISA 95 yaitu perubahan state dan set point berada pada level supervisory. Kendali supervisory memiliki beberapa fitur, untuk server selalu berkomunikasi dengan plant, mengubah state dan set point, dan membuka koneksi untuk client. Kemudian client mampu melakukan koneksi dengan server yang sama dengan sistem pengiriman terenkripsi TLS melalui TCP/IP. Data dari perubahan state maupun set point tersimpan pada database sisserver dan sisclient yaitu setiap 1 detik dan bisa diekspor dalam bentuk excel. Pada kendali supervisory masih terdapat bug jika plant mengirimkan nilai di luar batas operasi dari plant. Hasil pengujian Quality of Service (QoS) berdasarkan standar ITU pada kendali supervisory yaitu nilai rata-rata delay 78 ms hingga 131 ms, dengan nilai sangat bagus, jitter 35 ms hingga 132 ms, dengan nilai sedang hingga jelek, persen throughput 44 hingga 86 persen, dengan nilai sedang hingga bagus, dan persen packet loss, 4,7 persen hingga 19,9 persen dengan rentang penilaian ITU yaitu sedang hingga jelek.

Water Tank Level Control, and Ethanol Refinary Refinery or which is the SIS Laboratory asset is a final project in the ITS Instrumentation Engineering Department which is usually used as equipment to support course practicums. The practicum that can be implemented in the final project is in the form of a wired control system so that it cannot be done wirelessly when changes are needed in the control variables. So that the control of SIS Laboratory assets requires wireless control of the state and set point of the plant by implementing ISA 95, changes in state and set point are at the supervisory level. Supervisory control has several features, for the server to always communicate with the plant, change the state and set point, and open a connection for the client. Then the client is able to connect to the same server with an encrypted TLS delivery system via TCP / IP. Data from changes in state and set points are stored in the sisserver and sisclient databases, every 1 second and can be exported in excel. In supervisory control there is still a bug if the plant sends a value outside the operating range of the plant. The results of the Quality of Service (QoS) test based on ITU standards on supervisory control are an average delay value of 78 ms to 131 ms, with a very good value, jitter of 35 ms to 132 ms, with a moderate to poor value, throughput percentage of 44 to 86 percent, with a moderate to good value, and packet loss percentage, 4,7 percent to 19.9 percent with an ITU assessment range of moderate to bad.
