Abstract

Laporan ini membahas perancangan dan perangkaian wiring diagram sistem pengaktifan dua tahap sebagai sistem pengaman pada Honda Beat Conversion di STP Otomotif ITS. Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi teknis mahasiswa dalam bidang perancangan sistem kelistrikan kendaraan listrik, khususnya pada aspek keamanan penyalaan. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur terkait sistem kelistrikan dan standar keselamatan kendaraan listrik, perancangan skema wiring, perakitan komponen sesuai spesifikasi, serta pengujian sistem untuk memastikan kinerja yang optimal. Sistem pengaktifan dua tahap dirancang untuk meminimalkan risiko kesalahan pengoperasian sekaligus memenuhi persyaratan laik jalan sesuai regulasi Kementerian Perhubungan. Hasil magang menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu bekerja dengan baik, memberikan respon sesuai urutan pengaktifan yang diinginkan, dan dapat diimplementasikan pada kendaraan listrik hasil konversi. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya menghasilkan prototipe sistem kelistrikan yang andal, tetapi juga memberikan pemahaman praktis tentang integrasi aspek teknis, keselamatan, dan regulasi dalam pengembangan kendaraan listrik.

This report discusses the design and wiring diagram of a two-stage activation system as a safety system on the Honda Beat Conversion at STP Otomotif ITS. The internship was carried out with the aim of improving students' technical competence in the field of electric vehicle electrical system design, particularly in terms of ignition safety. The methodology employed included literature reviews on electrical systems and safety standards for electric vehicles, wiring diagram design, component assembly according to specifications, and system testing to ensure optimal performance. The two-stage activation system was designed to minimize the risk of operational errors while meeting roadworthiness requirements in accordance with Ministry of Transportation regulations. The internship results showed that the designed system functions effectively, responds according to the desired activation sequence, and can be implemented on converted electric vehicles. This activity not only produced a reliable electrical system prototype but also provided practical insights into integrating technical, safety, and regulatory aspects in electric vehicle development.
