Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) merupakan lembaga perbankan yang beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip syariah atau islami dan tidak menggunakan sistem bunga. Produk yang kami kerjakan adalah antarmuka frontend untuk Dashboard Performance pada layanan funding dan financing untuk memantau kinerja region, area, dan cabang BSI Region Office VIII Surabaya. Website ini ditujukan untuk analis BSI agar memudahkan evaluasi peningkatan atau penurunan performa unit-unit kerja tersebut. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan framework laravel dengan desain antarmuka berbasis Figma dan penyimpanan data menggunakan MySQL. Fitur utama meliputi visualisasi performa bulanan (month-to-month), tahunan (year-to-month), realisasi dan gap target, serta daftar 10 cabang dengan performa terbaik dan terendah.

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is a banking institution that operates based on sharia or Islamic principles and does not use an interest-based system. The product we are working on is a frontend interface for the Performance Dashboard in the funding and financing services to monitor the performance of BSI Region Office VIII Surabaya's regions, areas, and branches. This website is intended for BSI analysts to facilitate the evaluation of improvements or declines in the performance of these work units. Development was carried out using the Laravel framework with a user interface designed in Figma and data storage using MySQL. Key features include monthly (month-to-month) and annual (year-to-month) performance visualization, target achievement and gap analysis, as well as a list of the top 10 and bottom 10 branches based on performance.
