Abstract
SMA Negeri 1 Sumenep merupakan salah satu sekolah terbaik di kota Sumenep dan satu-satunya sekolah yang berstatus RSBI (Rancangan Sekolah Bertaraf lnternasional). Menyandang status sekolah terbaik tentunya tidak lepas dari sarana dan prasarana yang baik dan tentunya tidak lepas juga dari kinerja guru pengajarnya yang menjadi elemen penting di dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan siswa terhaddap kinerja guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris di SMA Negeri 1 Sumenep. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data primer yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa SMA Negeri I Sumenep. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan analisis gap dengan menggunakan diagram kartesius. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh hasil yaitu dari 31 fariabel direduksi menjadi 4 faktor dimana faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh di setiap faktornya adalah faktor Kesediaan guru dalam memberikan solusi terhadap parmasalahan yang dihadapi siswa dalam proses belajar, Kemampuan guru dalam menjelaskan materi yang diajarkan, Tersedianya laboratorium bahasa yang memadai, dan faktor Pemberian tugas kepada siswa. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis gap diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor-faktor yang harus segera ditingkatkan kinerjanya adalah faktor kemampuan guru dalam menetukan metode belajar yang sesuai, kemampuan guru dalam mendengar keluhan siswa, kemampuan guru dalam memperhatika siswa yang kurang mengerti, tersedianya referensi buku yang lengkap di perpustakaan, dan, faktor tersedianya laboratorium bahasa yang memadai

SMA Negeri 1 Sumenep is one of the best schools in the city of Sumenep and the only school with RSBI (International Standard School Design) status. Holding the status of the best school is certainly inseparable from good facilities and infrastructure and of course also cannot be separated from the performance of its teachers who are important elements in an educational institution. This study was conducted to determine the level of student satisfaction with the performance of Indonesian and English subject teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sumenep. In this study, primary data was used, namely distributing questionnaires to students of SMA Negeri 1 Sumenep. The analysis method used was factor analysis and gap analysis using a Cartesian diagram. From the results of the analysis, the results obtained were from 31 variables reduced to 4 factors where the most influential factors in each factor were the teacher's willingness to provide solutions to problems faced by students in the learning process, the teacher's ability to explain the material being taught, the availability of an adequate language laboratory, and the factor of giving assignments to students. Meanwhile, from the results of the gap analysis, it was found that the factors whose performance must be immediately improved are the teacher's ability to determine appropriate learning methods, the teacher's ability to listen to students' complaints, the teacher's ability to pay attention to students who don't understand, the availability of complete book references in the library, and the availability of an adequate language laboratory
