Abstract

Dashboard merupakan alat visualisasi data yang sangat berguna dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. Region Office VIII Surabaya memerlukan sistem dashboard yang modern, responsif, dan efisien untuk memantau performa kinerja kantor cabang. Dalam kerja praktik ini, dilakukan pengembangan frontend untuk web dashboard performance menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan pola arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Fokus utama pengembangan berada pada bagian pembiayaan (funding), meliputi fitur filter data berdasarkan area, cabang, dan periode, visualisasi performa cabang dalam bentuk grafik dan tabel, serta kemampuan unggah file Excel untuk memperbarui data. Proses pengembangan dilakukan mulai dari perumusan masalah, studi literatur, analisis dan perancangan sistem, implementasi antarmuka pengguna, hingga tahap pengujian dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa dashboard yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional, serta memberikan kemudahan dalam penggunaan dan pemeliharaan.

A dashboard is a highly useful data visualization tool that supports data-driven decision-making processes. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. Region Office VIII Surabaya requires a modern, responsive, and efficient dashboard system to monitor branch office performance. As part of this internship program, the development of a frontend web-based performance dashboard was carried out using the Laravel framework with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern. The primary focus of the development lies in the financing (funding) section, which includes features such as data filtering by area, branch, and period; visualization of branch performance through charts and tables; and an Excel file upload capability to update data. The development process covered problem formulation, literature review, system analysis and design, user interface implementation, as well as testing and evaluation stages. The evaluation results indicate that the developed dashboard successfully meets all functional and non-functional requirements, while also ensuring ease of use and maintainability.
