Abstract
Seiring dengan menzpzsnya cadangan energy, sayursayuran menjadi alternatif yang penting sebagai bahan baku pemhuatan etanol. Pemhuatan etanol dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan proses fermentasi. Untuk mengetahui apakah reaksi dalam proses fermentasi dapat berjalan dengan baik, maka perlu dilakukan monitoring temperatur dan melakukan pengendalian temperatur. Pada Tugas Akhir Rancang Bangun Sistem Monitoring Temperatur proses fermentasi, serta mengenda/ikan temperatur saat temperatur tinggi. Pengendalian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengaktifkan 2 pompa berdasarkan fungsi waktu. Dan komponen-komponen dasar yang digunakan adalah sensor suhu LM-35, 2 Pompa Air 25 watt , Power Supply, Rangkaian Triac, Mikrokontroller dan LCD. Pada perancangan sistem akuisisi data temperatur didapatkan hasi/ bahwa sistem ini memi/ild kemampuan untuk mengukur temperatur dari 25°C sampai 300C dengan e"or rata-rata sebesar 0, 128°C.

Along with reduced of energy reserve, vegetable become important alternative as material of making etanol. Making ethanol can be made using the process of fermentation. To find out whether the reaction in the fermentation process can run well, so need to be monitoring the temperature and control the temperature. In the Final Project Design of Temperature Monitoring System Fermentation Process, and temperature control during high temperature. The control is with activated the 2 pump based on the time function. And basic components used are a temperature sensor LM-35, 2 Pump 25 watts, Power Supply, Triac series, Mikrokontroller and LCD. In the data acquisition system design temperature results established that this system has the ability to measure the temperature of25° C. to 30 oc with an average error of 0.128 ° C.
