Abstract
Bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan bertambahnya jumlah pabrik-pabrik yang membuang limbahnya kealiran kali menjadikan kualitas air Kali Surabaya mengalami perubahan. Hal tersebut mendorong pemerintah mencanangkan suatu program untuk perbaikan kualitas air Kali Surabaya bernama gerakan Stop Cemari Kali Surabaya (SCKS) yang di launching pada tanggal 20 Januari 2009. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kualitas dan meramalkan DO, BOD, dan COD air Kali Surabaya dengan menggunakan Single Exponential Smoothing. Hasil analisis deskriptif menyimpulkan bahwa DO dan BOD dari Jembatan Canggu, Bambe Tambangan, dan Jagir berturut-turut memiliki kualitas yang tercemar rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Pada saat triwulan I radar BOD dan COD air KaliSurabaya cenderung tinggi atau yang paling tercemar daripada periode lainnya. Peramalan DO, BOD, dan COD air Kali Surabaya di Jembatan Canggu pada triwulan II dan triwulan III tahun 2012 masih tergolong bagus. The increasing population and the increasing number of factories discharging their waste into the river have changed the water quality of the Surabaya River. This prompted the government to launch a program to improve the water quality of the Surabaya River called the Stop Pollution of the Surabaya River (SCKS) movement, which was launched on January 20, 2009. Analysis was conducted to identify the quality and predict the DO, BOD, and COD of the Surabaya River water using Single Exponential Smoothing. The descriptive analysis concluded that the DO and BOD of the Canggu Bridge, Bambe Tambangan, and Jagir waters were classified as low, medium, and high polluted, respectively. In the first quarter, the BOD and COD radar of the Surabaya River water tended to be high or the most polluted compared to other periods. The DO, BOD, and COD forecasts of the Surabaya River water at the Canggu Bridge in the second and third quarters of 2012 were still considered good. In contrast, the forecasts at Bambe Tambangan and Jagir were still considered polluted
