Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan sektor penunjang perekonomian Indonesia yang memberikan dampak ekonomi dan sosial kepada berbagai sektor lainnya. Pariwisata memiliki hubungan terhadap arsitektur seperti desa wisata di Kampung Panglong. Perencanaan desa wisata berhubungan langsung dengan konteks wisata budaya. Tujuan perancangan untuk pengembangan wisata budaya yang menyajikan kegiatan pariwisata mengenai sejarah dan kebudayaan suatu daerah setempat. Hal ini agar dapat menyajikan sebuah komunitas terdiri dari para penduduk suatu wilayah tertentu dimana secara langsung mengelola pemberdayaan kegiatan masyarakat untuk upaya peningkatan kesiapan pada potensi pariwisata di Kampung Panglong. Menggunakan pendekatan pattern-based dan arsitektur neo-vernakular sebagai prinsip dalam menganalisa kebutuhan rancangan, eksplorasi formal maupun spasial sehingga menentukan hasil akhir rancangan yang berupa pusat komunitas sebagai strategi rancang dalam
mengakomodasi kegiatan wisata budaya yang berasal dari kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat dan kegiatan adat. Strategi rancangan mampu menambah kualitas desa wisata dari sudut pandangan pengelolaan keberlangsungan kegiatan pariwisata sebagai tempat informasi, edukasi dan rekreasi. Potensi serangkaian teknologi yang digunakan pada rancangan sebagai asset perkembangan sektor pariwisata lokal dengan daya dukung dari kebudayaan Melayu yang melekat pada masyarakat seperti pada kampung nelayan yang dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata adalah kampung Panglong di Pulau Bintan.

Tourism is a supporting sector of the Indonesian economy that has an economic and social impact on various other industries. Tourism is related to architecture, such as a tourist village in Panglong Village. Tourism village planning is directly related to the context of cultural tourism. The design aims to develop cultural tourism that presents tourism activities regarding the history and culture of a local area. The function of design is to present a community consisting of residents of a particular area that directly manages the empowerment of community activities for efforts to increase readiness for tourism potential in Panglong Village. The design using a pattern-based approach and neo-vernacular architecture as principles in analyzing design needs, formal and spatial exploration to determine the final design result in the form of a community center as a design strategy to accommodate cultural tourism activities originating from the daily activities of the community and traditional activities. The design strategy increases the quality of managing the sustainability of tourism activities as a place of information, education, and recreation. The potential of technology in utilizing materials used in the design is an asset for developing the local tourism sector. The design used the carrying capacity of the Malay culture inherent in the community, such as a fishing village, which can develop into a Panglong village on Bintan Island.
