Abstract

Sebuah Rumah Sakit yang baik tidak hanya dilihat dari bangunan yang benar-benar menjamin kenyamanan pasien saja. Faktor-faktor lain juga hams diperhatikan seperti bagaimana rumah sakit memiliki rangkaian lengkap fasilitas medis, peralatan medis yang memadai dan memenuhi standar medis yang sesuai. Dalam aspek sumber daya manusia, rumah sakit yang baik memiliki petugas medis dan dokter yang dalam merawat keluhan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil analisa statistika karakteristik menggunakan metode statistika deskriptif dan analisis kesenjangan GAP, diketahui mayoritas pasien rawat inap berjenis kelamin laki-laki, usia 31 - 35 tahun, pendidikan SMA dan mata pencaharian sebagai wiraswasta, dengan pendapatan sebesar kurang dari Rp 500.000. Pasien rawat inap sebagian besar menderita penyakit Deman Berdarah Dengue (DBD) dan menempati kamar perawatan kelas diberikan oleh pihak Rumah Sakit Islam masih jauh dari pelayanan yang diharapkan menurut pasien rawat inap

A good hospital is not only seen from the building that truly guarantees patient comfort. Other factors must also be considered, such as how the hospital has a complete range of medical facilities, adequate medical equipment and meets appropriate medical standards. In terms of human resources, a good hospital has medical staff and doctors who are able to treat patient complaints. Based on the results of statistical analysis of characteristics using descriptive statistical methods and GAP gap analysis, it is known that the majority of inpatients are male, aged 31-35 years, high school education and livelihood as self-employed, with an income of less than Rp 500,000. Inpatients mostly suffer from Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) and occupy the class treatment room provided by the Islamic Hospital, which is still far from the service expected by inpatients
