Abstract

Puspa Agro Jatim merupakan pusat perdagangan agrobisnis terbesar kedua se-Asia Tenggara yang terletak di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Pasar ini resmi dibuka pada tahun 2010 dan mendapatkan respons positif dari publik. Akan tetapi menurut berbagai sumber informasi, respons positif ini tidak bertahan lama, hanya terhitung tahun bahkan bulan saja sejak pembukaannya. Kunjungan belanja ke Puspa Agro Jatim semakin lama semakin menurun. Banyak pedagang pun meninggalkan lapaknya karena sepi pembeli, ditambah lagi kondisi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini. Oleh sebab itu, perlu diadakan revitalisasi pasar yang membuat daya tariknya semakin meningkat, salah satunya melalui tinjauan desain interior. Re-desain interior dapat dilakukan di salah satu bangunan Puspa Agro Jatim, yakni gedung Puspa 1 serta 2 yang memasarkan aneka produk serta daging dan ikan dengan menggunakan dasar pemikiran ‘madani concept’. Dasar pemikiran madani concept tersebut dijabarkan dalam tiga basis konsep makro yakni smart-accessibility, well-being protection, dan environmentally sustainable. Ketiga konsep makro tersebut dijabarkan ke dalam konsepkonsep mikro yang lebih aplikatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan primer dan sekunder. Sumber primer meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan jajak pendapat menggunakan kuesioner. Sementara itu, sumber sekunder dilakukan dengan tinjauan pustaka serta studi banding. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi desain sebagai bekal interior programming dan usulan desain. Gabungan keduanya kemudian digunakan sebagai bahan membuat tiga alternatif desain. Weighted method dilakukan untuk memilih alternatif desain terbaik.

Puspa Agro Jatim is the second-largest agribusiness trading center in Southeast Asia, located in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. This market was officially opened in 2010 and received a positive response from the public. However, according to various sources of information, this positive response did not last long, only years and even months since its opening. Shopping visits to Puspa Agro Jatim are decreasing. Many traders have left their stalls because there are no buyers, plus the current Covid-19 pandemic condition. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the market to increase its attractiveness, one of which is from an interior design point of view. Interior re-design can be done in one of the Puspa Agro Jatim buildings, namely the Puspa 1 and 2 buildings which are home to various products as well as meat and fish using the rationale of the 'Madani concept'. The rationale of Madani concept is described in three macroconcept bases, namely smart-accessibility, well-being protection, and environmentally sustainable. The three macro concepts are also translated into more applicable micro concepts. Data collection was carried out by primary and secondary sources. Primary sources include observations, interviews, and polls using questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary sources are carried out by means of a literature review and comparative study. The data acquired were analyzed to obtain design recommendations as a provision for interior programming and design proposals. The combination of the two is then used as material to create three alternative designs. The weighted method is used to select the best design alternative.
