Abstract
Perawatan pada suatu sistem dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kegagalan maupun untuk mengembalikan fungsi sistem jika kegagalan telah terjadi. Salah satu penunjang proses perawatan adalah tersusunnya penjadwalan perawatan yang tepat dan tersusun sistematis. Pada Togas Akhir ini dilakukan penyusunan penjadwalan perawatan untuk mesin tinning spiral di PT. ALSTOM POWER ESI, Surabaya, yang ditampilkan dalam SIM. Desain SIM yang telah dibuat digunakan untuk menentukan proses penjadwalan perawatan. Penjadwalan perawatan yang dibuat dibagi menjadi dua yaitu penjadwalan rutin yang waktunya diambil berdasarkan nilai MTTF (Mean Time To Failure) terendah dari komponen mesin tinning spiral yaitu 500 jam, sedangkan perawatan kedua merupakan overhaul yang waktunya diambil berdasarkan nilai MTTF terbesar dari komponen mesin tinning yaitu 8500 jam. Nilai MTTF yang digunakan didasarkan pada data komponen mesin yang memiliki nilai kegagalan yang paling sering terjadi dan komponen yang memiliki waktu kegagalan paling lama. SIM penjadwalan perawatan mesin fmning ini juga menampilkan database dari total biaya perawatan yang dikeluarkan setiap melakukan perawatan Rutin maupun overhaul. Total biaya perawatan adalah total dari biaya downtime, biaya pekeaja dan biaya penggantian komponen/peralatan yang dibutuhkan saat melakukan perawatan

Maintenance on a system is carried out to prevent failures or to restore system function if a failure has occurred. One of the supporting processes of the maintenance process is the preparation of an appropriate and systematic maintenance schedule. In this Final Task, a maintenance schedule is prepared for a spiral tinning machine at PT. ALSTOM POWER ESI, Surabaya, which is displayed in the MIS. The MIS design that has been created is used to determine the maintenance scheduling process. The maintenance schedule created is divided into two, namely routine scheduling whose time is taken based on the lowest MTTF (Mean Time To Failure) value of the spiral tinning machine component, namely 500 hours, while the second maintenance is an overhaul whose time is taken based on the largest MTTF value of the tinning machine component, namely 8500 hours. The MTTF value used is based on data on machine components that have the most frequent failure values and components that have the longest failure times. This MIS for scheduling maintenance of the tinning machine also displays a database of the total maintenance costs incurred for each routine maintenance or overhaul. The total maintenance cost is the total of downtime costs, labor costs and the cost of replacing components/equipment needed during maintenance
