Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan suatu perusahaan pertambangan yang bergerak dalam pengambilan dan pengolahan bijih nikel yang memproduksi nikel dalam matte. Perusahaan menggunakan kontraktor jasa pertambangan untuk menjalankan operasinya, dimana terdapat beberapa kejadian risiko terkait kontraktor yang berdampak buruk terhadap tidak tercapainya target produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan mitigasi risiko Bagian Procurement dengan menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR) yang terdiri dari dua tahap. HOR1 digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risk event, risk agent, dan korelasi antar keduanya. Risk agent terpilih akan dilanjutkan pada HOR2 untuk identifikasi tindakan pencegahan, kesulitan penerapan tindakan pencegahan, serta rasio efektivitasnya. HOR2 menghasilkan tindakan pencegahan terpilih untuk mengurangi probabilitas terjadinya risk agent. Dari hasil analisis dan evaluasi risiko pada HOR1 diperoleh 13 risk agent yang perlu menjadi prioritas untuk ditangani. Analisis mitigasi risiko pada HOR2 menghasilkan 8 tindakan pencegahan. Selanjutnya, dirumuskan strategi kolaboratif procurement yaitu kolaborasi internal yang mengadopsi Product Life Cycle (PLC)-Purchasing dengan menitikberatkan pada keterlibatan Bagian Procurement (penempatan procurement analyst) pada setiap proses bisnis pertambangan yang ada di lini bisnis departemen Mining.

PT XYZ is a mining company engaged in the extraction and processing of nickel ore that produces nickel in matte. Company utilizes mining services contractors in which several risks may occur during operations by unfulfilled production target. This study aims to develop risk mitigation for the procurement section using House of Risk (HOR) method. HOR1 is used to identify risk events, risk agents, and its correlation. The resulting shortlisted risk agents will be considered in HOR2 to identify the preventive actions, its correlation, the difficulty of implementing the preventive actions, and its effectiveness. HOR2 resulting a shortlisted preventive action to reduce the occurrence of the risk agents. From the results of the analysis and evaluation on HOR1, it is obtained 13 risk agents that need to be prioritized. While the risk mitigation analysis in HOR2 resulted in 8 preventive actions that need to be prioritized. Moreover, collaborative procurement strategy was formulated, the internal collaboration (adopted from the Product Life Cycle (PLC)-Purchasing) focuses on the involvement of the Procurement Section (procurement analyst) in every mining business process in the Mining department's line of business.
