Abstract
Pada kendaraan roda dua jenis sport yang beredar saat 1m mekanisme penarikan tuas kopling (clutch) menggunakan kawat sling. Pada mekanisme ini pengguna cenderung tidak memperhatikan perawatan berkala pada kawat sling, yang dapat mempereepat keausan dan kerusalcan. Untulc mengatasi hal tersebut maka dibuatlah system hydraulic sebagai mekanisme penarikan tuas kopling (clutch), yang nantinya diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Dalam pengoprasian system hydraulic ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan kenyamanan pada penggunan kendaraan roda dua jenis sport, maka kami memperhitungkan rancang bangun silinder hydraulic sebagai pengganti mekanisme penarikan tuas kopling dengan menggunalran kawat sling Honda GL. Setelah menganalisa dengan menggunakan sistem ini pada kendaraan roda dua jenis sport maka dengan hanya mengontrol volume fluida, perawatan berkala jauh lebih mudah dari pada mekanisme penarik tuas kopling dengan menggunakan kawat sling

In the current two-wheeled sport utility vehicles, the clutch lever pull mechanism uses a wire sling. With this mechanism, users tend to ignore regular maintenance on the wire sling, which can accelerate wear and damage. To overcome this, a hydraulic system was created as a clutch lever pull mechanism, which is expected to overcome this problem. In operating this hydraulic system, it is intended to provide comfort to users of two-wheeled sport utility vehicles, so we calculated the design of a hydraulic cylinder as a replacement for the clutch lever pull mechanism by using a Honda GL wire sling. After analyzing the use of this system on two-wheeled sports vehicles, by simply controlling the fluid volume, periodic maintenance is much easier than the clutch lever pull mechanism using a wire sling
