Abstract
PT A merupakan salah satu industri karoseri terbesar di Indonesia yang didirikan pada tahun 1986. PT A memiliki komitmen untuk selalu memberikan layanan terbaik kepada konsumen akan tetapi hal tersebut tidak sejalan dengan performansi perusahaan saat ini. Terjadi penurunan order dari tahun 2014 hingga 2016 yang diakibatkan oleh terlambatnya perusahaan dalam pemenuhan order yang dibuktikan dengan tidak terpenuhinya 275 produk ditahun 2016 dikarenakan leadtime pembuatan produk tidak sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan perusahaan. walaupun perusahaan sudah menerapkan konsep lean manufacturing akan tetapi rekomendasi yang diberikan tidak mampu memberikan dampak yang baik bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penilaian dan evaluasi terkai penerapan lean yang diterapkan di PT A, pada jenis produk L300. Dalam melakukan penilaian dan evaluasi terdapat beberapa tools yang akan digunakan yakni, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean Assessment, Process Activity Mapping BORDA Voting Method, Root Cause Analysis dan Pendekatan Analisa Risiko. Hasil dari penelitian ini dipilih waste kritis yaitu waste waiting dan transportation. Sedangkan untuk pengukuran lean assesment didapatkan beberapa kriteria belum mencapai target implementasi lean, diantaranya terdapat kriteria VSM, setup reduction, plant layout, standard work dan lean product and process design. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis akar penyebab masalah dengan menggunakan teknik 5 Why’s dan pendekatan risk analys untuk mengetahui root cause dengan prioritas tertinggi. Hasilnya didapatkan 2 kategori sumber penyebab waste beserta rencana mitigasi yang akan dilakukan yaitu tidak terdapat metode peramalan bahan baku dan supplier tidak mampu memenuhi pesanan dengan memberikan rencana mitigasi penggunaan perhitungan EOQ serta pemilihan alternatif supplier dari hasil penerapan EOQ didapatkan pengehematan sebesar Rp 1.954.867,- dan untuk rekomendasi pemilihan alternatif supplier didapatkan tools untuk pemilihan supplier yang tepat dengan menggunakan metode AHP.

Decrease in orders from 2014 to 2016 caused by the delay in fulfillment of the company in order to prove the unfulfilled 275 products in 2016 due to leadtime manufacture of products not in accordance with what the company promised. Although the company has implemented the concept of lean manufacturing but the recommendations provided are not able to give a good impact for the company. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate and evaluate the application of lean applied in PT A, on the L300 product type. In assessing and evaluating there are several tools that will be used, namely Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean Assessment, BORDA Voting Process Activity Mapping, Root Cause Analysis and Risk Analysis Approach. The results of this study are selected critical waste that is waste waiting and transportation. As for the measurement of lean assessment, some criteria have not reached lean implementation targets, such as VSM criteria, setup reduction, plant layout, standard work and lean product and process design. The root cause analysis is then analyzed using the 5 Why's technique and risk analyzer approach to find the root cause with the highest priority. The results obtained 2 categories of sources of waste causes mitigation plan that will be done that is no method of forecasting raw materials and suppliers are unable to fulfill orders by providing a plan of mitigation use of EOQ calculations and selection of supplier alternatives from the implementation of EOQ obtained savings of Rp 1.954.867, - And for alternative supplier selection recommendation get tools for selection of appropriate supplier by using AHP method.
