Abstract
Pada peristiwa kebakaran mobil diseluruh bagian akan mengalami pemanasan. Dalam hal ini kerangka body mobil yang digunakan sebagai penyangga akan berpengaruh terhadap sifat mekanis logam. Pada penelitian tnt percobaan dilakukan dengan memotong bagian plat bodi mobil, diambil 12 spesimen benda kerja. Sebagai data awal 3 spesimen uji tarik, 3 spesimen uji kekerasan dan 3 spesimen uji foto mikro, sedangkan waktu pemansan I jam, 2 jam, 3 jam mengunakan 3 spesimen tiap pemanasan dengan menggunakan burner dengan nyala api konstan dengan media pendingin air. Dari hasil percobaan telah terjadi perubahan sifat mekanik dan struktur mikro, dimana angka kekuatan tarik awal sebesar 29,19Kg/mm2 , kekerasan material awal 80,3HRB, dan foto struktur mikro. Untuk pemanasan 1 jam kekuatan tarik sebesar 26,95Kg/mm2 , kekerasan material 84,7HRB, dan foto struktur mikro. Pemanasan 2 jam kekuatan tarik sebesar . 25,02Kg/mm2 , kekerasan material 87,7HRB, dan foto struktur mikro. In the event of a car fire, all parts will experience heating. In this case, the car body frame used as a support will affect the mechanical properties of the metal. In the tnt research, the experiment was carried out by cutting the car body plate, taking 12 workpiece specimens. As initial data, 3 tensile test specimens, 3 hardness test specimens and 3 microphoto test specimens, while the heating time was 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours using 3 specimens for each heating using a burner with a constant flame with water cooling media. From the results of the experiment, there have been changes in mechanical properties and microstructure, where the initial tensile strength figure is 29.19Kg/mm2, the initial material hardness is 80.3HRB, and microstructure photos. For 1 hour heating, the tensile strength is 26.95Kg/mm2, the material hardness is 84.7HRB, and microstructure photos. 2 hours heating, the tensile strength is . 25.02Kg/mm2, the material hardness is 87.7HRB, and microstructure photos. Heating for 3 hours yields a tensile strength of 20.84 kg/mm2, material hardness of 190.3 HRB, and microstructure photos
