Abstract
Menurut G20, Pembatasan emisi karbon merupakan pilihan yang tidak bisa ditawar lagi. Alasannya, pembiaran emisi karbon akan berakibat buruk bagi suhu bumi. Salah satu sumber emisi merupakan pemakaian bahan bakar. Maka dari itu pemakaian atau konsumsi bahan bakar perlu dilakukan pemantauan. Bahan bakar merupakan cairan vital yang sangat penting keberadaannya. Bahan bakar ini bertindak sebagai media pembakaran pada mesin kapal atau sebagai generator gerak mekanis pada mesin kapal. Harga bahan bakar yang relative tidak stabil mendorong terjadinya transaksi illegal penjualan bahan bakar di laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang basis pemrograman untuk melakukan perhitungan konsumsi bahan bakar kapal pada suatu jalur pelayaran. Perhitungan ini dilakukan juga dengan mempertimbangkan adanya gelombang laut yang dihitung sebagai Speed loss atau pengurangan kecepatan kapal. Pengujian pemrograman dilakukan dengan studi kasus kapal container dan dengan dua jalur pelayaran yaitu Surabaya-Singapore dan Jakarta-Makassar. Di tiap jaur di plot masing-masing 10 titik dan terdapat variasi 4 ketinggian gelombang. Hasil yang didapatkan dari perhitungan kecepatan yaitu 18,49 knot. Kemudian perhitungan rata-rata total konsumsi bahan bakar pada rute pelayaran Surabaya-Singapore dan Jakarta-Makassar yaitu sebesar 65,058 dan 65,048.

According to the G20, limiting carbon emissions is a non-negotiable option. The reason is that the omission of carbon emissions will be bad for the earth's temperature. One source of emissions is the use of fuel. Therefore, the use or consumption of fuel needs to be monitored. Fuel is a vital fluid that is very important in its existence. Fuel acts as a combustion medium in ship engines or mechanical motion generators in ship engines. Relatively unstable fuel prices encourage illegal transactions to sell fuel at sea. This reasearch aims to design basic programming to calculate ship fuel consumption on a shipping route. This calculation is also carried out by considering the presence of sea waves which are calculated as speed loss or reduction in ship speed. Programming testing is carried out with a case study of container ships and with two shipping route, namely Surabaya-Singapore and Jakarta-Makassar. In each lane the plot is 10 points each and there are variations of 4 wave heights. The results obtained from the calculation of the speed of 18,49 knots. Then the calculation of the average total fuel consumption on the Surabaya-Singapore and Jakarta-Makassar shipping routes is 65,058 and
65,048, respectively.
