Abstract
Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (Human Resource/HR) yang masih dilakukan secara manual seringkali menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterlambatan rekap absensi, ketidaktepatan perhitungan gaji, serta kesulitan dalam memantau pengajuan cuti karyawan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pada kegiatan kerja praktik ini dikembangkan sebuah sistem Dashboard Human Resource (HR) yang bertujuan untuk mengotomatisasi dan mengoptimalkan proses administrasi karyawan di PT Bayus Cargo. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan teknologi modern seperti ReactJS, Vite, dan Tailwind CSS pada sisi frontend untuk menciptakan tampilan yang interaktif dan responsif, serta FastAPI dan XGBoost pada sisi backend untuk mendukung pengolahan data dan pembuatan model prediksi cuti karyawan berbasis machine learning. Melalui dashboard ini, divisi HR dapat melakukan rekapitulasi data absensi, perhitungan gaji, dan analisis kinerja karyawan secara real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama, seperti unggah data, visualisasi performa, dan prediksi cuti, telah berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan adanya sistem dashboard HR ini, PT Bayus Cargo dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, mengurangi potensi kesalahan administrasi, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis berbasis data yang lebih cepat dan akurat.

Human resource management, which is still done manually, often causes various problems, such as delays in attendance records, inaccuracies in salary calculations, and difficulties in monitoring employee leave requests. To overcome this, a Human Resource (HR) Dashboard system was developed during this internship to automate and optimize the employee administration process at PT Bayus Cargo. To address these issues, this internship project developed a Human Resource (HR) Dashboard system aimed at automating and optimizing employee administration processes at PT Bayus Cargo. This system was designed using modern technologies such as ReactJS, Vite, and Tailwind CSS on the frontend to create an interactive and responsive display, as well as FastAPI and XGBoost on the backend to support data processing and the creation of machine learning-based employee leave prediction models. Through this dashboard, the HR division can recap attendance data, calculate salaries, and analyze employee performance in real-time. Testing results show that all key features, such as data upload, performance visualization, and leave prediction, are functioning according to user requirements. With this HR dashboard system, PT Bayus Cargo can improve work efficiency, reduce the potential for administrative errors, and support faster and more accurate data-driven strategic decision-making.
