Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan penentuan tingkat kekritisan komponen pada sistem produksi gas di Join Opertaing Body Pertamina Petrochina East Java. Sehingga nantinya pekerjaan perawatan dapat dilakukan terhadap komponen berdasarkan tingkat prioritasnya. Sehingga pekerjaan perawatan dapat dilakukan lebih effective dan effisient. Hasil dari analisa kekritisan komponen akan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi metode perawatan yang digunakan saat ini NORSOK Standart Z-008 digunakan untuk melakukan Criticality Analysis. Dimana sistem dibagi kedalam tiap sub fungsi yang kemudian dinilai tingkat konsekwensinya berdasarkan criteria tingkat redundancy, Health safety and environment (HSE), production dan cost. jika sub fungsi tersebut mengalami kegagalan. Nilai kekritisan komponen ditentukan berdasarkan kombinasi tingkat redundancy dan konsekwensi yang ditimbulkan apabila sub sistem tersebut mengalami kegagalan. Hasil dari analisa ini, dapat digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas pekerjaan perawatan

In this study, the criticality level of components in the gas production system at the Joint Operating Body of Pertamina Petrochina East Java will be determined. So that later maintenance work can be carried out on components based on their priority level. So that maintenance work can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. The results of the component criticality analysis will be used to evaluate the current maintenance method. NORSOK Standard Z-008 is used to conduct Criticality Analysis. Where the system is divided into each sub-function which is then assessed for its level of consequence based on the criteria of redundancy level, Health safety and environment (HSE), production and cost. if the sub-function fails. The component criticality value is determined based on a combination of the redundancy level and the consequences that arise if the sub-system fails. The results of this analysis can be used to determine the priority of maintenance work
