Abstract

Struktur girder memiliki peranan cukup penting pada pesawat pengangkat jenis Crane Semi Gantri Dobel Girder karena merupakan tempat melekatnya komponen trolley dan hoisting system serta beban pengangkatan. Sehingga struktur ini harus mampu menerima segala jenis pembebanan baik beban statis oleh beratnya sendiri maupun beban dinamis yaitu selama proses pengangkatan dan pemindahan beban. Perangkat lunak MSC Visual Nastran 4D digunakan untuk simulasi dinamis pemhebanan yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh distribusi tegangan dan lokasi titiklnode kritis pada struktur girder crane. Analisa yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah analisa yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui terjadinya kegagalan struktur. Harga tegangan kritis akan dianalisa dengan teori kegagalan untuk menentukan keamanannya. Dari penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan hahwa struktur girder crane dan komponen lain dalam keadaan aman dengan tegangan yang terjadi masih lebih kecil daripada tegangan ijin material struktur crane

The girder structure plays a crucial role in the Double Girder Semi Gantry Crane because it is the attachment point for the trolley and hoisting system components, as well as the lifting load. Therefore, this structure must be able to withstand all types of loads, both static loads due to its own weight and dynamic loads, including those during the lifting and moving process. MSC Visual Nastran 4D software is used for dynamic loading simulations to obtain stress distribution and critical node locations in the crane girder structure. An important analysis to be performed is one that aims to determine the occurrence of structural failure. The critical stress value will be analyzed using failure theory to determine its safety. From the research, it was concluded that the crane girder structure and other components were in a safe condition with the stress that occurred still being smaller than the allowable stress of the crane structure material
