Abstract
Di tengah gempuran transformasi digital, ketangkasan dalam mengeksekusi keputusan strategis berbasis data secara cepat dan efisien menjadi pembeda utama bagi pemain telekomunikasi seperti PT Telkom Indonesia. Aksesibilitas data kinerja kunci, terutama melalui perangkat seluler, menjadi tantangan bagi jajaran eksekutif. Proyek “Telkom Executive Dashboard” diinisiasi untuk menjawab kebutuhan ini dengan menyediakan platform terpusat untuk memantau metrik seperti Net Promoter Score (NPS) dan kinerja unit bisnis. Kerja praktik ini berfokus pada implementasi modul front-end aplikasi dasbor tersebut dengan pendekatan mobile-first. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan framework Next.js versi 14, library React 18, Tailwind CSS untuk styling, dan @tanstack/react-query untuk manajemen server state, dengan strategi Client-Side Rendering (CSR). Lingkup implementasi mencakup tiga modul utama: Top-Down, Bottom-Up, dan AI Initiatives, serta fitur visualisasi data interaktif dan sistem navigasi custom. Hasil dari kerja praktik ini adalah sebuah prototipe front-end yang fungsional, responsif, dan siap diintegrasikan dengan layanan back-end, yang telah divalidasi melalui pengujian fungsional manual.

Amidst the onslaught of digital transformation, agility in executing data-driven strategic decisions quickly and efficiently is a key differentiator for telecommunications players like PT Telkom Indonesia. Accessibility of key performance data, especially via mobile devices, is a challenge for executives. The "Telkom Executive Dashboard" project was initiated to address this need by providing a centralized platform for monitoring metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and business unit performance. This internship focused on implementing the dashboard application's front-end module with a mobile-first approach. Development was carried out using the Next.js framework version 14, the React 18 library, Tailwind CSS for styling, and @tanstack/react-query for server state management, with a Client-Side Rendering (CSR) strategy. The implementation scope encompassed three main modules: Top-Down, Bottom-Up, and AI Initiatives, as well as interactive data visualization features and a custom navigation system. The result of this internship is a functional, responsive front-end prototype ready for integration with back-end services, which has been validated through manual functional testing.
