Abstract

Laporan ini membahas perancangan dan implementasi Sistem Pergudangan di PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor pengiriman. Seiring dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan operasional perusahaan, kompleksitas dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan proses pergudangan juga semakin meningkat, sehingga diperlukan solusi yang lebih efisien dan akurat. Penulis ditugaskan untuk mengembangkan sistem pergudangan ini yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen stok, meningkatkan akurasi data inventaris, serta mempercepat proses penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan pengiriman barang. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan bisnis PT SAPX, perancangan arsitektur sistem, pengembangan modul inti (seperti manajemen pengguna operasional, manajemen barang, dan penempatan stok), serta pengujian sistem untuk memastikan fungsionalitas dan integritas data. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan framework Laravel dan didukung oleh pemanfaatan Application Programming Interface (API) untuk memastikan integrasi yang efisien antar modul maupun dengan sistem eksternal.

This report discusses the design and implementation of a Warehouse System at PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk, a company engaged in the shipping sector. As the company's operational growth increases, the complexity of inventory management and warehouse processes also rises, necessitating a more efficient and accurate solution. We were tasked with creating this warehouse system, which aims to optimize stock management, enhance inventory data accuracy, and accelerate the processes of goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. The methodology employed includes business needs analysis of PT SAPX, system architecture design, development of core modules (such as user operational, item management, stock placement), and system testing to ensure functionality and data integrity. The system's development utilizes the Laravel framework and is supported by the leveraging of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to ensure efficient integration between modules and external systems.
