Abstract
PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Kantor Cabang Syariah Gresik menghadapi tantangan dalam efisiensi akibat proses monitoring kinerja dan manajemen operasional yang masih manual. Kerja praktik ini menjawab kebutuhan tersebut dengan mengembangkan tiga aplikasi web full-stack: Aplikasi Manajemen Stok, Aplikasi Dasbor Kinerja Keuangan, dan Aplikasi Cascading Console. Ketiga sistem ini dibangun menggunakan arsitektur klien-server dengan teknologi React, TypeScript, Node.js, dan MySQL. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa seluruh aplikasi berfungsi sesuai harapan, aman, dan mampu mengintegrasikan data secara real-time. Proyek ini berhasil menyediakan platform digital terpusat untuk mendukung peningkatan efisiensi operasional pada perusahaan.

PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk, the Gresik Sharia Branch Office, faces efficiency challenges due to manual performance monitoring and operational management processes. This internship addresses these needs by developing three full-stack web applications: a Stock Management Application, a Financial Performance Dashboard Application, and a Cascading Console Application. These three systems were built using a client-server architecture with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and MySQL technologies. Testing results demonstrate that all applications function as expected, are secure, and are capable of integrating data in real time. This project successfully provides a centralized digital platform to support increased operational efficiency within the company.
